Stain colors similar to the following thermofoil colors: Beachwood, Driftwood 2, Driftwood 3, Merapi, Stromboli, and Vintage Oak Dark. UPDATE 10/24/17 - New shop drawings to be completed and sent for review by 10/27 UPDATE 10/31/17 - Updated shops sent for review; samples to be expected on 11/ Silver version of interior fixture B has been approved by both Owner and Architect. UPDATE 10/19/17: GHP to solicit scoping and potential fix costs from contracted Plumbing subcontractor or from local business. UPDATE 11/2/17: Thistle approved of scope price for building 3060 only; $2500. To be revisited for other two buildings pending findings from 3060 scope Landscaping package allowance. UPDATE 10/19/17: Design Build landscaper from Thistle to be contacted/coordinated with by GHP - Long's Peak Landscaping (303) UPDATE 10/30/17: Contact is Craig. Drawings have been forwarded. He has been directed to devise a complex-wide DB on best value at a high-end, middle road, and low-end for review by the owner/arch. UPDATE 11/9/17: On-site meeting with Craig to discuss options and survey site. If available, Thistle attendance recommended VE for site fencing; no wood, must be highly-durable composite. UPDATE 10/23/17 - GHP working with fencing contractors to determine an equivalent product Temporary construction door cores to be used on all exterior entry doors. Owner wishes to retain existing cores Unit list of sklights already fixed: 5, 8, 11, 16, 23, 24, 35 UPDATE: 11/2/17: Emergency repairs needed for units 34 and 35. Completed by 11/7. Preliminary findings from roof/skylight repair contractor have found potential roof damage from previous repair attempts. UPDATE: 11/9/17: Original bid covered 34 total skylights at $9000. Approx. cost per skylight is $265; to be finalized for future credit back change order Owner may retain some existing appliances marked to be demoed. UPDATE 10/27/17: Demo subcontractor is agreeable to this, however, must occur ASAP due to sequencing of activities. UPDATE 11/2/17: Thistle has completed ID of desired appliances. Demo to proceed as planned All samples to be sent direct to Owner Stair Treads and Risers: Per discussion, pricing to be sought for the following design changes per Thistle: fiberglass stair treads, eliminate risers and add mid-height bar (code compliance 4" or greater gap). UPDATE 11/9/17: Pricing deduct from metals subcontractor is ($12,775). Pricing for Fiberglass treads from same subcontractor is +$25,591 with 6-8 week lead from submittal approval. Total add after deduct =$12,816. UPDATE 11/9/17: Original stair treads have 4-5 week lead after submittal approval; due to design change, this time frame never started. Discussion during OAC. All persons are requested to review the meeting notes and advise GH Phipps immediately if any items do not reflect their understanding.
