6 6 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 1 ELITE RANGE ELITE RANGE PRODUCTS (12 YEAR CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE) An excellent long-lasting coating with a flexible paint solution designed to give maximum durability and colour retention (internally and externally). UV and alkali resistant properties, excellent surface adhesion and environmental application options. 1. Elite Satin (9-12m 2 ) Satin / Eggshell finish available in white, pastel, deep, and clear base. Elite Satin is a high quality, water-based, pure acrylic emulsion coating. The coating is zero to low VOC, environmentally friendly and does not emit noxious fumes and odours during and after application. The product is a protective coating with excellent waterproofing and washable characteristics that in contrast to water-based paints, contains only 8 10% water. 2. It reacts with products to ensure better adhesion to the surface. It has advance substrate qualities that act as the perfect key between application surface and overcoat. 1. Bind (15-18m 2 ) A clear coat, very low sheen finish. Bind is a high quality, acrylic water-based, low-viscosity and penetrating primer with excellent surface coverage. The product is suitable for a variety of surfaces. Bind physically reacts with products to ensure better adhesion to the surface. The product has excellent flexibility and impact resistant properties. 2. Prime (6-8m 2 ) Low sheen finish available in white and tintable pastel base colours. Prime is a water-based, multipurpose, acrylic emulsion undercoating system. 10 10 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 4 SEALERS Specifically designed waterproofing product for application against egress or ingress of water and dampness. It s an elastomeric coating solution with extensive flexible characteristics. It is water-based and can withstand ponding with excellent UV and crack filling properties. A satin finish is available in clear, super white, standard colours and tintable pastel base colours. 1. Sealer Clear (6-8m 2 ) Sealer is a water-based, fire retardant, waterproofing and an electrometric sealant. This product is ready for application and is used to line electric cables and water pipes. It is also used to fill and seal cracks and joints in both metal and concrete surfaces, which ultimately prevents water penetration. When the product is cured, it forms a tough, highly durable, flexible seal that has ultimate protection properties and can tolerate thermal, shrinkage movements. Rubberising (Texture/Smooth) (4-6m 2 ) Satin smooth / textured finish available in standard colours. Rubberising is an acrylic based compound for corrosion protection and moderate abrasion applications. It is designed for multiple substrates and uses and is a rubber in a liquid easy to use application with excellent protective and waterproofing characteristics. 2. Thermalproof (4-6m 2 ) Low sheen/silk fine texture finish available in standard colours, pastel, deep and clear base. Thermalproof is a water-based pure acrylic heat reflective coating with advanced space shuttle beat technology. It will cool your home in summer, insulate your roof in winter and waterproof your roof. The product is environmentally friendly and does not emit noxious fumes and odours during and after application. 3. Thermalproof Lite (5-7m 2 ) Low sheen finish available in standard roof colours. Thermal proof lite is a water-based, UV- resistant, pure acrylic roof coating with reflective properties up to 30%. The product has excellent adhesion and will protect and cool your roof for years to follow. Prep An economical, water & acid based, multipurpose cleaner/degreaser for application to metallic and porous substrates such as Asbestos, concrete, wood, gypsum board, plaster, aluminum and intact galvanizing ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. It is a penetrating cleaner, spot and algae remover. The nature of this product ensures penetrating of carpets and similar substrates. Prep is a fungicide, algaecide and for maintenance or pre-decoration treatment. The Product possesses a wide spectrum of antimicrobial efficacy.

UV Guard (8-10m 2 ) UV Guard is a water-based acrylic, the electrometric membrane that is formulated as a clear or pigmented product. The product has excellent sealing qualities. UV Guard deep penetrates the surface and reduces oil, grease, acids, and alkalis seeping into the surface that can cause surface deterioration. The multiple acrylic resins enable it to bridge hairline and minor cracks within the substrate. UV Guard keeps dust down and forms a durable waterproofed surface, which is chemical and abrasion resistant. The product is designed as a universal undercoat system and is ideal for application over Rhino-lite and skimming products. 6. Fireguard Intumescent (3-6m 2 ) No sheen/ matt finish only available in White. Fireguard is a specialised, versatile, water-based, intumescent coating designed for passive fire protection. Wallseal is universal, self-crosslinking multiphase acrylic with excellent hydrophobic, lyophobic properties and excellent chemical resistance. The product has excellent scratch resistant properties and ideal application for cement floors as a sealer and for furniture applications. The product is environmentally friendly and does not emit noxious fumes and odours during and after applications. 10. Bactrocoat (Anti-Bacteria) (8-10m 2 ) Low sheen/ silk finish available in pastel, deep and clear base. Bactrocoat is extremely durable, washable, hygiene fast drying coating for interior and exterior use and act as an antimicrobial & anti-bacterial based on Silver Ion technology ideal for surfaces subject to high traffic and frequent cleaning. 11. Grassline Marking White (4-6m 2 ) Matt finish available in White, Red, Yellow, Brown, Green and Black colour choices Grassline Marking Paint is ideal for striping a variety of natural turf sort s surfaces, such as grass, cinder, gravel, and dirt. The product is totally environmentally friendly and safe to use on all surfaces. 12. Tenniscourt (4-6m 2 ) Low sheen finish available in pastel, deep and clear base. Tenniscourt is an oil-free, high performance, single component, water dispersible, polyurethane coating. It s formulated with adhesion promoting additives to provide the option of painting vinyl, plastic, tennis & squash substrates with many colours to choose from. The product provides outstanding coverage, excellent durability and is easy to apply. The product is a low VOC and EPA compliant coating. 13. Grasscoat Green Low sheen/silk finish only available in Green colour. Greenwash Degreaser / Cleaner (Available in Yellow or Clear colour) Greenwash is a highly concentrated, 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable, medium to heavy duty degreaser and cleaner in one economical step. The product ensures a hygienic and non-hazardous, safe environment. It is a blend of fully biodegradable surfactants. It is non-caustic, phosphate free and non-acidic. 7. Ecowash (Available in a Green colour with or without Fragrance) A highly concentrated, 100% eco-friendly, safe, biodegradable, light to medium degreaser and hydrocarbon emulsifier. The product is designed for use in the industrial, household, hospitality, abattoir, mining and agriculture industries. Ecowash does not contain volatile organic components (VOC) and can, therefore, be used in confined and poorly ventilated areas. 8.
