2 Instruction to tenderer Schedule A Schedule B Schedule C Schedule D Schedule E Schedule F The tenderer should see the sites as fully understand the contour of site before, tendering including all lead & lift for the material in his percentage Quoted in accordance with the Rajasthan PWD detail specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge of the work. Complete set of drawing can be inspected in the office on any working day. In event of acceptance of tender the firm/contractor shall apply design and drawing in 15 days. Any other drawing required by the department shall be furnished by the firm/contractor/without hindering the progress. The material to be used on the work shall be approved by the Engineer In charge before using it on the work for this contractor will arrange all facilities at his own cost. The Engineer In charge or his representatives will carry the test as and when considered necessary of the material to be used construction of proposed work. The contractor will have to provide all facilities in this connection at his own on cost the resting costs shall be born by the contractor. The work shall be completed in very respect to the satisfaction of Engineer In charge within a period as mentioned in NIT and work order. Schedule G The rates included in G schedule are based PHED Distt Circle BSR 2016 QUALIFICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY: - 1. Tenderer must be a registered contractor in the department in class "D" or above ie. Duly attested copy of registration shall be submitted with the bid. 2. Tenderer must have deposited tender fee and prescribed earnest money as per rules. 3. Joint Venture is not allowed. Only firms, that are having their own set up in all respects are allowed to bid. Notes : 1. Tenders are to be submitted on a prescribed form, which can be obtained or seen on any working day Upto from the office detailed above against payment by cash/ DD and can be downloaded from web site In case tender document is downloaded from web site, tenderer shall have to deposit tender fee and earnest money in the manner as detailed above. Tenders without tender fee and/ or earnest money, in acceptable forms upto respective prescribed date and time, shall summarily be rejected. 2. No conditional tender shall be accepted. It will be rejected summarily forthwith. 3. The department will not be responsible for any delay on account of late receipt of Tender Document by Post 4. The tenders received late or not in proper sealed covers, received telegraphically or telephonically, or by fax or not in the prescribed manner will be rejected. 5. The tenders shall be submitted in two envelopes. Envelope number 1 : Pre- Qualification Bids, should contain all information desired in the Tender Document, duly completed and signed by the tenderer along with earnest money. Second envelope sealed separately shall contain only unconditional financial bids. Both the envelope should be put in outer envelope. 6. The acceptance of the tender will rest with competent authority, as per prevailing rules, who does not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves to itself

3 the authority to reject any tender or all the tenders received without assigning any reason. 7. In case of receiving/opening date is holiday then the tenders will be received/opened on the next working day. 8. All the terms and conditions of contract agreement as prescribed in PWF&AR, shall be binding on Tenderer and department. 4 SCOPE OF WORK A. The tender is of annual rate contact basis for leakage removing as per job card issued by the JEN /AEN. This included all preparatory works, taking job card from the PHED Engineer, taking required material from PHED Store, carting the material and equipments/machinery to site All tools & plant and required labour etc. shall be arranged by the tenderer at his own cost. Following work is envisaged under this contract for leakage removing complete labour rate only including transportation of jointing Material and any other material required for lekage removing. B. The work under this contract shall be completed in all respect up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge immediately after receipt of job card from the respective JEN/AEN. 5 Special Condition of contract 1 All Jointing Material for Leakage repair required for the work will be supplied by the departments. 2 All required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor himself. 3 No transport facility shall be made available by the department. 4 List of work will be received by contractor from AEN/JEN. 5 Facilities for cutting of the pipes scraping of joints ect. shall have to be arranged by the contractor himself. 6 The time period for each Job shall be 6 Hr. If the contractor fails to execute the same in stipulated time LD shall be levied at the rate of per day per point subject to a maximum of Rs If the work is not completed within 1 days the same shall be get repaired by the department on the risk & cost of the contractor without giving any further notice to him. 7 Extra item, if any will be paid after approval of rate analysis from competent authority. 8 All taxes royalty octroi etc. shall be borne by the Contractor as per rules. 9 All works are to be executed as per direction of EIC 10 Work in on Parallel Annual rate contract basis. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material fron J.En. Store if required. 7 SEC- 4.2 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transfer Main CI/DI/MS pipe line of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit in soft & loose soil, including cutting of black top/cc/wbm if any, at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level.
