1 ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PENTICTON - April 24, 2017 To All Tenderers: This Addendum is issued prior to the Tender Closing Date April 25, 2017 in accordance with the Tender Documents and shall be considered an integral part of the Contract Documents. Tenders submitted without this addendum will be considered incomplete. This addendum must be acknowledged in the Tender Form, Page FT-1, Item Amend Closing Date and Time from April 25 th, 2017 at 3:00pm local time, to April 26 th, 2017 at 3:00pm local time, as listed in the Invitation to Tenderers and Instructions to Tenderers Part 1 under Section 3.0 Submissions of Tenders Item See attached revised a. Section Waterworks Item S Payment for Hot Tap 200mm Inline Valve shall include any excavation required, Stainless steel tapping sleeve, any work, materials and equipment required to perform the hot tap, the 200 mm Ø gate valve, and any fittings or appurtenances, backfill, and all other incidental work required to complete the inline valve installation.
