Main Seligman, AZ The following information is made available to those firms in attendance on November 18, 2016: 1. This is to acknowledge that the tolerance for the maple floor installation is a variance of the floor of 1/8 in ten feet. It is believed that some variance will exist in both gyms. Therefore, the awarded firm(s) will laser shoot the floor after the floors are remediated but prior to the containment field being removed. 2. Any grinding will be the responsibility of the firm remediating the floors. 3. Any sealant because of any hazmat issues will be the responsibility of the firm remediating the floors and is removed from this scope of work. 4. The motorized bleachers are being removed outside of this project. 5. The remediation of the current floors is underway. Sagebrush is working the Seligman site and CRS is working the Blue Ridge site. These are the firms the award firms(s) will coordinate with for scheduling the laser shoot. 6. Dominion Environmental is overseeing the Remediation Process. 7. A request to include Robbins Sport Surface Bio Cushion Classic EQ3 has been accepted as an approved equal. The document is on page 5. Robbins.pdf 8. A request to include VersaShield Moisture Suppression System has been denied as an approved equal. The document is on page 7 Versasheild.pdf 9. A new bid submittal form follows on the next pages. 10.
