Subject: Wells Fargo irrigation Location: US-2 NE corner Comment: The Wells Fargo irrigation was cut and moved to the new location behind the wall

This is day two of this activity Subject: CSBC installation Location: US-2 North side Comment: CSBC was placed and compacted to prep for HMA ½

Subject: Extra layer of Asphalt Location: US-2 North side Comment: During the roadway excavation an extra layer of asphalt was encountered about 6 below the existing roadway, this material was separated for recycle disposal.

Intersection Improvements Date: 8/2/10 Shift 2 Subject: Surgical excavation Location: NE corner US-2 Comment: Thomco used spotter when locating the Comcast conduit and the gas line Subject: Gas line located Location: NE corner US-2 Comment: The plastic gas line was approx. 3 below grade and had no sand bedding around the black pipe, this made the locating very difficult Subject: Thrust block Location: New NE corner of US-2 Comment: The CC block was 2 x2 x6 with a cable picking source
