ALL UNDERGROUND SPLICES ARE TO BE HOUSED WITHIN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY SEALED. ALL MATERIALS BETWEEN UTILITY POLE AND SERVICE DISCONNECT ARE TO BE INSTALLED BY UTILITY COMPANIES UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
