5 BATHROOMS World class products with aesthetic finish Width of grate plus 10mm U SHAPED TROUGH With the many variables that can dictate the customer s requirements, every Hydro Stainless steel bathroom trough and grate system is custom made specifically to suit the customer s specifications. Available in grade 304 or 316 stainless steels, Hydro trough and grate systems can be made with fully integrated fixed or moveable outlets, mitres and stainless steel strainers. Stylish bathroom or R12 slip resistance finish can be included on request. Stainless Steel grate replaced with customers tiles. Small gap surrounding the tile allows water to drain. Point Drain Typically located at the centre of the shower or bathroom floor, Hydro Point Drains are a cost effective solution which is available in multiple grate and pattern designs. Point Drains can also be matched to lineal floor drainage design. Tile Fold Trough Design Designed for flush against a wall. Ideal for simple single outlet runs, drains with flanges which are tiled over. Used in areas such as Bathrooms, Balconies and the Healthcare industry. 3

6 HYDRO Zero Threshold Seamless and water proof design 75 THRESHOLD 150 Hydro Zero Threshold drains provide a seamless design for your indoor and outdoor area where water proofing is vital with no modifications required to door frame. All systems are custom made to application requirements Key features: > Trough with subsill tray. > Suitable for variable run lengths with multiple outlets. > Multiple stainless steel grate designs. Applications: The Zero Threshold trough system is designed for bi-fold or sliding doors and allows water to easily move from the trough to the external drain. Need more Waterproofing? Practical and hydraulically effective, all Trough systems include #316 marine grade grates, SureGrip slip resistant nodules and banded ends with safety edges. Suitable for both bare feet and high heel shoes whilst maintaining an aesthetic finish, Hydro Stainless maximizes surface water drainage for any landscape. Hydro Poolside is manufactured in accordance with Australian Standards based on specific earthing requirements. 8 HEALTHCARE Perfect for facilities with vinyl flooring Hydro Stainless vinyl clamp system is the perfectly designed lineal drainage product for environments which feature vinyl flooring. 9 BESPOKE Stainless Steel Grates and Frames Manufactured to your exact specifications Hydro Grates and Frames are manufactured in either #304 or #316 grade Stainless Steels to suit site specifications, all complete with concrete ties and angle frame ends to enclose the frame. Frames are manufactured as a single item and can include lockdowns. Grates are manufactured in equal length sections, calculated as close to a one linear metre section as site dimensions allow. No grate length is longer than 1500mm. Class B - Designed mostly for foot traffic but with stronger construction than pedestrian only, Hydro load class B grates and frames are designed for applications where it is likely that a car could occasionally drive over. Class C - Made to withstand constant pressure from vehicle traffic such as cars, utilities and trailers, Class C load grates and frames are ideal for roads, car park entrances and driveways. Class D - Comparatively lighter than alternative methods such as cast iron or fabricated mild steel, Stainless Steel bar grating with a D class load maintains the constructed strength required to bear large and heavy loads.
