Sconces were installed on the ground floor in the open breezeway to illuminate the path. LED Wall Washers were installed underneath the skylight to accentuate the prominent architectural feature. Additionally, we are requesting the synthetic turf be eliminated from the high roof of the building. Installing green synthetic turf will in fact look out of place and will not be consistent with surrounding roof typologies and aesthetics. Moreover, installing synthetic turf will affect the owner s ability to receive a complete roof warranty because it will be altered by adding synthetic turf.
