Drawings 1. Sheet S-101 Foundation Plan: Retaining Wall Sketch SK-1 Issued as part of this addendum. Detail is required to construct the screen wall located at Column line 7 along the east side of the drive-in ramp. See A101 for location. 2. Sheet A-801 & A-802 Door Window Details; Structural Tilt-Wall Details: Detail Sheet AD3-1, AD3-2, AD3-3, & AD3-4 Issued as part of this addendum. Details reference the location of the cold joint to be formed in the site cast tilt up wall panels. 3. Sheet A-804: a. Hardware Set #10: Panic Device to be Lockey PS11-Security Kit with 24 Panic Shield (silver), Lockey 33 Grade 1 Panic Bar, Strike Bracket (silver), 285-P Satin Chrome Keyless Trim and Max-guard cover plate. Closer to be Lockey TB 200 with TB-LinX kit for chain link gate. Hinges to be b. Height of chain link gates at B102-B and B103-F to be 8-0 to match fence height, or 7-0 high with 12 chain link transom above to match fence height (Contractor s option). 4. Sheet I-201 Enlarged Partial Finish Plan a. Wall Finish WP in restroom alcove to Men A113 and Women A115 shall be installed from top of wall base to 7-2 to align with top of adjacent door frames. b. Wall Finish WP in Custodial A114 - Install full 4 x8 sheet on North and East wall in corner behind mop sink. 5. Sheet I-201 Enlarged Partial Finish Plan: Roller shades in Lobby A102 shall be motorized. Shade system shall be equal to Draper Motorized Flexshade system. Shade fabric orientation shall be reserve roll. Provide standard motor with low voltage multiple shade control. Provide all required hardware and wiring for a complete installation. All other roller shades shall be manually operated. See electrical addendum item below. 6. Sheet E1.0: In the Fire Alarm General Note, delete the third and fourth sentences in this note which read, Electrical Contractor shall install conduit only and outlet boxes. Wiring and devices shall be by Owner s fire alarm system contractor. In the next to last sentence, delete the words Fire Alarm at the beginning of the sentence. All fire alarm system work is by the Contractor. 7. Sheet E1.1: a. Keynote 3 clarification: pull strings for utility company to be installed on the primary side conduits. Contractor is responsible for providing all secondary wiring. Contractor to provide four 6 Schedule 40 PVC conduits encased in concrete on the primary side of the service. b. Transformer pad location clarification: The transformer pad will be located as shown on the civil drawings. c. Service conduit clarifications: As noted in Addendum #2, all site electrical, data and communication services and all site lighting work is part of this contract. This includes, but is not limited to, the transformer pad, the primary conduits and conductors, all communications conduits from the electric room to the point of service at the property line, and all fiber optic communications conduits from the second floor to the point of service at the property line. Modify layout of 2x4 Fixture Type B to coordinate with bulkhead. b. Lobby Ceiling Plan Layout AD3.5 Issued as part of this addendum. c. Add (6) decorative display pendant light fixtures suspended from gyp. bd. bulkhead along East wall as follows: (2) Luminis LumiSTIK - LED 8 Pendant : CL822-L168W45-277V-DGT-K35-FT; (2) Luminis LumiSTIK - LED 8 Pendant : CL842-L168W45-277V-DGT-K35-FT8; and (2) Luminis LumiSTIK - LED 8 Pendant : CL872-L168W45-277V-DGT-K35-FT8. Feed from circuit LP2-31 and provide wall switch on wall behind receptionist (near closet 104). Provide all wiring, raceway, etc. 9. Sheet E-3.4, E3.5: Add a 20-amp, single pole, 120v circuit, wiring, raceway, etc. for lobby roller shades. Feed circuit from RP2-79. See addendum item #4, above. Specifications 1. Section 00210: Delete Article Section 02200, Item 1.03, A.6. Delete all references to tenant improvement allowance. 3. Section 03470: Add the following paragraph 2.06, B.: Insulation to be 2 IsoGlass rigid coated glass polyisocyanurate insulation as supplied by Thermomass, or an approved equivalent. 4. Section 07420: Add East Cost Metal Systems as an approved fabricator. 5. Section and 07539: Add the following pre-qualified roofing contractors: Tecta-America, Holland Roofing, Dixie Roofing, Swift Roofing, Frederick Roofing. 6. Section clarification: cores to be removable, not need not be restricted. 7. Section 09900: Interior Paint Schedule clarifications: a. References to alkyd paint should be revised to read S-W ProMar 200 Zero VOC latex. b. All interior overhead painted steel to use dry fall paint system. 8. Section 13930: Clarification of item 1.01, B.9 and B.11. The exterior fire service line to a point 5-0 from the building line and connection to the city main is by the Site Contractor.
