9 Option 2 Deck. A deck comprises a pressure impregnated heavy duty baseframe with ex 27m thick deck boards over. It is also covered by the Cabinco 10 year guarantee and costs 815 (5m) or 1,050 (6m). If your gazebo is being installed onto grass we strongly recommend a timber base-frame and deck. Although a gazebo looks lovely with a lush green carpet of grass, it sadly becomes a dusty or muddy bald patch of ground as a result of the extra foot fall. 36 Option 1 Benching & Balustrade Vertical slatted balustrade can help give the shelter a more enclosed feeling and can be better when used as a teaching area or where managing younger groups rather than for free flow play. It can be on arranged to suit on one side or all sides with just a 2m entrance left open. Benching can be provided with specification 420mm (depth) x 45mm (thick) and either free standing or fixed if you are obtaining the balustrade as well. Normally set at 500mm height.

59 Cabinco understand that hard working PTAs want to make sure that there are no hidden costs. To provide complete transparency, we have produced a full list of conditions that may cause additional costs however for your ease of reference the two main ones are; 1. Ground is level to within a tolerance of 50mm 2. The delivery vehicle can off-load no more that 20m from the point of construction. 60 Building regulations will not normally be required for your new Gazebo or Shelter provided that: It is under 30sqm in size It is under 4m in height It is more than a metre away from any boundary If in doubt always phone your local office for confirmation Tel: info@cabinco.co.uk

61 Planning Permission will not normally be required for your new Gazebo or Shelter however the rules are more variable than with Building Control so if in doubt, always phone your local office for confirmation, especially if putting near to a boundary or if your premises are in a protected area. 62 Site Visits To try to help you keep the costs down, we do not offer routine site visits prior to installation as this increases the costs for all. What we really need to know is that the site conditions are met and this can normally be checked by a caretaker or PTA member. If the site is good - then the advertised price is all you pay.
