2 KEY FEATURES/PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS Scale: not to scale Vertical sliding double-hung sashes inlaid directly into commercial framing. Flyscreens tuck into dedicated recess in the jamb inlay adapter, supported with concealed nylon clips. The image below shows screen nested into frame. Complies with AS2047. High water resistance 200Pa. Sashes will bypass each other to allow cleaning of all glass from inside the building. Custom heavy duty key lockable catch with die-cast keeper. Fixed lowlights can be glazed from the inside in elevated situations by reversing the removable glazing beads and fitting custom captive wedge to the outside. 4 Design Features The detail on this page shows the custom head designed specifically for the double-hung window. Scale: not to scale Top rail is double sealed into the head for added weather performance. Sash top rail has finger recess to make opening and closing sash easier. The image below shows alternative 44mm wide nailing fin jamb.

6 HEAD & SILL DEATAILS Built-in nailing fin on head, jambs and subsill make this window significantly more waterproof and easier to install into brick veneer and cavity brick walls. Scale: FULL SIZE Head recessed to accept sash top rail. Head has built-in drip groove to guide water away from the sashes. Top rail double sealed to head for maximum protection. Recessed finger grip in sash top rail. Interlocking meeting rails. Large finger grip on sash bottom rail. Clean square finish sill. CAD file: DWG 453.DHW.1 Custom nailing fin sub-sill is ideal for brick veneer and cavity brick installation. We always recommend sub-sill under commercial windows.

7 JAMB DETAIL Scale: FULL SIZE & NTS Alternative 44mm wide jamb. Flyscreen frame secured in the jamb inlay adaptor recess with nylon flyscreen clips. Elevate custom extruded aluminium flyscreen frame illustrated. CAD file: DWG 453.DHW.1 Standard 30mm jamb Double-hung jamb adaptor has built-in external recess to accept flyscreens. Custom commercial framing with built-in nailing fin to facilitate installation into cavity brick and brick veneer construction. Frame will also accept a variety of building-in lugs

8 FLYSCREEN Scale: HALF FULL SIZE Flyscreen height = H Extruded aluminium flyscreen frame illustrated. We have dedicated Elevate extruded aluminium flyscreen frame or barrier type flyscreen frame that nests into framing. Fit flyscreen cross brace when screen height exceeds 1550mm. 9 HIGHLIGHT TRANSOM DETAILS Scale: FULL SIZE & NTS Fixed over double-hung transom Alternative 44mm nailing fin jamb illustrated. Conventional fixed shopfront highlight with removable glazing bead on the inside of the head. Captive glazing wedge option illustrated. Fixed highlight drained down through the transom to the outside. Co-extruded Santoprene bulb seal. Weather bar built into transom assembly to ensure that this is a water tight assembly. 10 LOWLIGHT TRANSOM DETAIL Double-hung over fixed transom Scale: FULL SIZE & NTS Alternative 44mm nailing fin jamb illustrated. Conventional fixed shopfront lowlight with removable glazing bead on the sill. Optional flyscreen illustrated. Flyscreen secured with moulded nylon clips. 11 CORNER MULLIONS AND SASH LOCKS Scale: NOT TO SCALE CAD file: DWG 453.DHW.7 90 Corner Mullion Framing snaps to corner mullions. No unsightly screws or rivets required. 135 Corner Mullion Note: These mullions are not load bearing. They can't be used to support the weight of building over. ANDO Lock can be fitted with custom ANDO lock. This lock can be coloured to match most frame colour options. MIRO Crescent Lock For higher traffic areas we offer a crescent type lock. This lock can be colour matched to most frame colour options
