Bidders are to disregard the Florida Preference Special Condition as this solicitation is for Services ONLY and NOT for commodities. 2. To be responsive to Lot #5 North Campus, proposers must submit Revised Lot #5 North Campus Cost Sheet issued in Addendum 2. The solicitation Cost Sheet for Lot #5 North Campus will not be accepted 3. To be responsive to any lot, The Revision 2 Additional Alternates Cost Sheet and The Cost Calculation Matrix page issued in Addendum 2 must be submitted. The Additional Alternates total is used in the calculation of the total cost of every lot in the Total Lot Cost Calculation Matrix and must be submitted in order for any lot to be considered responsive. The Revised Additional Alternates Cost Sheet and The Cost Calculation Matrix page issued in Addendum 1 will not be accepted. 4. Clarification to Addendum 1 Question/Response 12: Question 12: Should we submit a total cost to perform a monthly inspection, or the hourly cost of our technician? Response 12: Irrigation (Add Alternate 2) unit cost should be for a single month of services as defined in Specification Section 5.401, G. If any deficiencies are found, the Contractor is to submit a quote to College personnel for approval prior to any work being performed. 5. All mulching units of measure is to be for a cubic yard.
