2 CIMOLAI COMPANY PROFILE Cimolai is a leading company in the fabrication of structural steel, operating in Italy and abroad, specialized in the design and construction of: bridges, viaducts, stadiums, civil and industrial buildings, military infrastructure, welded beams for the off-shore and shipbuilding industries, polygonal and cylindrical poles for electric power and telecommunications transmission lines, tubes of large diameter and thickness, ship hulls and mechanical works. Notwithstanding that the company s core business is structural steelwork having matured experience in projects of a high technical and engineering content, for more than a decade the Cimolai successfully acquires and completes important projects as a general contractor. 3 SINERTECH COMPANY PROFILE Sinertech skills ranging from mechanical machining to the design of aluminum extrusions, performed with numerically controlled machines and 3D programming, to the construction of special window and door fixtures and design, the assembly of façade modules (single or double skin) with structural sealing of glazing (specially certified for this operation). The company directly designs, produces and manages its own orders and possesses high-level technological resources. The lengthy experience of Sinertech in the fabrication of metal-work enables an agile research activity and application of innovative closing and security systems. All mechanical components are conceived on the basis of the durability required and a much wider functionality. 3
