Form of Tender: Schedule of Quantities and Prices Payment items A1 and A2 have been amended. New payment item A12 added to Section A- Storm Pipe. Payment item B2 has been amended. Replace FT-Page 4-5 with attached. NOTE 1: For Storm Pipe 375 mm diameter or greater, HDPE is allowed. NOTE 2: Payment item A12 has been added for the 200 mm storm service connection on Quebec Street. NOTE 3: All Fibre Optic Pull Boxes to be SYNERTECH , as per the attached product sheet. B. Supplementary Specifications Section S Communication and Fibre Optic Conduits Replace: 2.2 Plastic Junction Boxes.1 Plastic junction boxes to conform to the City Supplementary Standard Drawing SD-C.2.
