FOUNDATION New Products Plastic Factory-Nepro (NEWPRO) was founded in 2008 against the Ministry decision No Dated: 05/02/2008. In 2011 almost 6,000 sq.mtr. of land has obtained from the Ministry of Energy and Industries. The construction of company started and completed by the end of The other necessary licences and certi cate was completely obtained early 2017 as the production started on the spot. NEWPRO is specialized factory for producing HDPE, PVC, CPVC & PPR Pipes in various dimensions and local and international standards. 5 C O R R U G A T E D H D P E P I P E S FOR CABLE PROTECTION & DRAIN SEWER PIPES NEWPRO CORBLACK, double-wall corrugated pipe for the passage of cables from NEW PRODUCTS PLASTIC FACTORY - NEPRO (NEWPRO), guarantees considerably higher levels of UV resistance than the traditional materials available on the market. The bene ts deriving from this can be seen above all during the storage phase, both in the warehouse and on site, when dealers and installing companies sometimes require to store the goods in the open for long periods of time, with the risk that the color and quality of the material will deteriorate. The co-extruded colored bands allow laying of multiple pipes in the same trench, as the color can be customized according to the service for which it is used. The standard colors are Black for the passage of electric cables, yellow for gas pipes and blue for telecommunication cables. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION The product supplied is exible, double wall, corrugated PE pipe manufactured in the continuous co-extrusion of both walls. The manufacturer s Quality Management System is certi ed to ISO 9001:2015, and the Environment Management System is certi ed to ISO 14001:2015. The pipe is black with coextruded light grey band on the outside and black on the inside, and supplied in lengths of 6m, or coils of 25 or 50m, complete with couplings. Pipe conforms to EN , as class N with crush resistance higher than 450 N. 03

8 POLYETHYLENE PIPES SYSTEM WATER, GAS, SEAWAGE & IRRIGATION DISTRIBUTION Properties of Polyethylene Pipe HIGH & MEDIUM DENSITY POLYETHYLENE are non-toxic, exible, highly resistant to UV radiation, lightweight, impact resistant and has a design life of 50 years at a speci ed design temperature and pressure rating of the medium. Abrasion resistance is better than any other rigid thermoplastics and considerably better than steel and other metal pipes, concrete and asbestos cement. Corrosion resistance of PE pipes is excellent and extremely resistant to chemicals, solvents and radioactive waste water. New Products Plastic Factory-Nepro (NEWPRO) - PE pipes are made from 100% virgin Polyethylene and only contain UV stabilizers and pigments necessary for the pipes to conform to the speci cations. Pipes contain minimum of 2.5% carbon black. All pipes are black in color for maximum UV resistance and suitable for drinking water and potable water supplies. Product is available from the size of 20mm to 450mm. HDPE pipes can be produced in PE80 AND PE100 material. 06
