Only to be installed in accordance with the Houses & Low Rise Multi-Residential External Walls (PowerPanel) Design and Installation Guide (versions HELIT178 June 2018). 2. Only to be installed by a suitably qualified tradesperson. Refer to the House & Low Rise Multi-Residential External Walls - Design and Installation Guide (versions HELIT178 June 2018) for guidance. 3. Hebel PowerPanel is suitable for wind categories from N1 to N5 and C1 to C3. (Refer to versions HELIT178 June 2018) for relevant construction requirements. 4. Zero Boundary Wall applications to be installed in accordance with Hebel technical update (Boundary Wall Weather tightness.doc 14 Nov 2011). 5. Where Hebel PowerPanel is in contact with ground the details on Drawing CSR-04 Rev B must be adhered to. 6. Wall systems are suitable for two stories, or higher subject to design and certification of the stud frame by a qualified structural engineer. 7. R values vary with installation configurations refer manufacturer s specifications 8. Acoustic values must be verified by the design engineer prior to installation to meet the minimum requirements of the BCA. 9. This Certificate is issued based on the evidence of compliance as detailed herein. Any deviation from the specifications contained in this Certificate is outside of this document s scope and the installation of the certified product/system will not be covered by this CodeMark certification. This may result in the product being classified as a non-conforming building product/system. 10. Information contained herein or related hereto is intended only for evaluation by technically skilled persons, with any use thereof to be at their independent discretion and risk. Weatherproofing The Powerpanel external wall will contribute to the overall weather proofing of the wall provided that the following, minimum installation requirements are adopted. All vertical joints between Hebel panels are to be at a minimum Single Adhesive ensuring full coverage of adhesive at the joint. The detail at the base of the wall system i.e at the slab edge rebate, is to incorporate a damp proof course flashing and is to be installed as detailed in Section A Wall Base Detail, drawing EBWT 1, Rev. A, dated the (attached) to ensure egress of any water that may enter the cavity (between the stud frame and the Hebel panel) via the gap between the base of the panel and the damp proof course flashing. All horizontal and vertical control joints between Hebel panels are to be constructed as detailed in Section B Horizontal Joint Detail, drawing EBWT 1, Rev. A, dated the in Section 7 Appendices (attached) ensuring that a fire rated sealant (typically an external grade polyurethane fire rated sealant) is applied along the entire length of horizontal and vertical joints.
