Interested bidders are requested to submit the competitive offer for the above items strictly as per the instructions and terms & conditions mentioned in this document. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPPLY OF KABADDI MATS WITH COVER

2 1. The words Tender for supply of Kabaddi, Mat with cover should be super scribed on the top left corner of the envelope bearing the name & address of the tenderer. The sealed tender should contain the following three separately sealed envelopes:- Envelope A : Non refundable processing fee of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only ) in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favour of Director, RGUKT Basar payable at Basar be submitted in Envelope A. Tenders with cheque(s) will be rejected. Envelope B Tender document, complete in all respects duly signed by the tenderer, along with the all supporting documents and list of samples of Kabaddi Mat be submitted in Envelope B. Envelope C Rates be quoted (Financial Bid) as per proforma. The following also have to be submitted a. Copy of GST Registration Certificate. b. Copy of PAN card 2. The tenders received without the above will summarily be rejected. 3. The suppliers are required to submit a piece of sample of Kabaddi Mat with cover to be supplied along with the tender documents. 4. In case of doubt in material, supplied by the firm/tenderer, the expenditure incurred on getting the material tested will be borne by the tenderer. 5. If, even after approval, information/facts submitted by the tenderer are found misleading/incorrect etc., RGUKT reserves the right to reject the tender for the current / future supply may impose penalties as deemed fit. Non compliance of any of the terms & conditions of the tender will also warrant above penalties. 6 Rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes/vat etc. for complete wrest 7. Material indented for shall be supplied as per specifications (refer sl. no.10 above), in full quantity within stipulated time and at place indicated in the supply order. In case of non compliance in any of the above or any other complaint, RGUKT reserves the right to reject the supply or may take any other action as deemed fit 9 The RGUKT will have the right to reject any or all the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason

3 10 The successful tender will give an self attested declaration (as at Annexure I) on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper certifying that the quality and specifications/brand of Kabaddi Mat with cover, quoted in the tender are correct and as per specifications approved by respective International / National Federations 11. The warranty period of the Judo, Kabaddi, Taekwondo and Wrestling Mats with cover should be for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery.. 12 The Bidder must be an Authorized supplier / distributer of the manufacturer and in business of supply of said mats. The bidder should furnish documentary proof along with the bid in support of above.
