3 B01 B02 B03 B04 B05 CIVIL WORK PROVIDING AND ERECTING SCAFFOLDING IN "H" FRAME Providing and Erecting scaffolding in "H" type steel frame as temporary structure for support / access or working platform to reach the upper floor level from external side of the building. The frame work should be tightly fixed so that it should be without risk of Safety. The rate is inclusive of providing and fixing of hussain cloth from outside. Contractor should remove the scaffolding after the completion of all related works. Complete the work as per site requirement and as per instruction of Architect / Engineer. (Note: Payment Will be made only once for the scaffholding) Length x Height TEMPORARY WORKING PLATFORM Providing and fixing Temporary platform made of in 19 mm thk ply / 6 mm thk M.S. sheet etc. supporting with Props to safeguard the labours. Complete the work as per site requirement and instruction of Architect / Engineer. FIXING OF NYLON DOUBLE SAFETY NET Providing and Erecting temporary protective safety net of NYLON with all necessary fixing arrangement i.e. Anchor fastener to ensure that it remain in proper position till the work completed. Complete the work as per site requirement and instructions of Architect / Engineer. EXCAVATION OF SOFT MURUM FOR FOUNDATION Excavation for Lift pit foundation in SOFT ROCK including removing the excavated materials upto a distance of 50 meters beyond the building area and lift as instructed. The rate is inclusive of dewatering the subsoil water if any preparing the bed for the foundation, backfilling, ramming, watering shoring and strutting. Complete the work as per site requirements and instrcutions of Architect / Engineer. EXCAVATION OF HARD MURUM FOR FOUNDATION Excavation for lift pit foundation in HARD ROCK BY CHISELING including removing the excavated materials upto a distance of 50 meters beyond the building area and lift as instructed, the rate is inclusive of dewatering the subsoil water if any preparing the bed for the foundation and required back filling, ramming watering, shoring and strutting. FULL BRICK MASONARY Providing & Constructing II Class full brick masonry with Cement Mortar (1:4) with necessary Scaffolding, curing the surface adequetly, racking out joints, carting away debris out of compound, cleaning site. B14 B15 R.C.C BEAM (M-25) Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete in M-25 grade of trap/ metal for R.C.C. beams as per detailed designs, drawings and as directed including steel centering, formwork.providing & Fixing cover blocks, laying/pumping of Concrete, compaction etc.the rate is inclusive of finishing the surface with single coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:3 of average thickness of 12mm to have a smooth & even suraface, water curing adequetly. (The rate is Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). Complete the work as per the instructions of Architect / Engineer. R.C.C LINTEL (M-25) Providing and laying Cast in situ cement concrete in M-25 grade of trap/ metal for R.C.C. Lintel as per detailed designs, drawings and directed including steel centering. Providing & Fixing cover blocks, laying of concrete, compaction finishing the surface with single coat of plaster with cement mortar1:3 of average thickness of 12mm to have a smooth & even suraface,water curing adequetly (The rate is Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). 6 B16 WATERPROOFING TO BASE OF LIFT PIT Providing and fixing 20 to 25 mm thick 600mm X 600mm rough shahabad tiles for box type waterproofing for Lift Pit floor on a base of Cement concrete 1:3:6, including sub base of 2.50 centimeter thick Cement mortar 1:3 pit with conceal, secrete (RMW), Algae proof and other alike waterproofing liquids, raking of joints 14 SMT upto 35 mm depth, filling the joints with 6 mm size crushed metal, hand grouting with cement slurry, curing and cleaning, with 10 years guarantee on court fee stamp of Rs. 100/-. The rate is inclusive of ponding test. Complete the work as per the instruction of the Architect / Engineer. B17 WATERPROOFING TO LIFT OUT SIDE WALLLS Providing and fixing 20 to 25 mm 600mm X 600mm thick rough shahabad tiles for box type waterproofing treatment to vertical faces of Reinforced Cement concrete walls / pardi of Lift Pit walls including filling the gap of 25 mm between rough shahabad tiles and R.C.C. walls with cement grout mixed with water proofing compound with one tile lift method, brushing the joints horizontally with cement liquid Algae proof and slurry mixed with 56 SMT water proofing liquid for width 30 to 35 mm and sloping coping over top most tiles with cement mortar 1:3, abutting the bottom most tiles with Cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water proofing liquid, water curing adequetly, with 10 years guarantee on court fee stamp of Rs.100/-.Complete the work as per the instruction of the Architect / Engineer. B18 SAND FACED PLASTER Carefully remove/chiseling the existing external loose plaster from walls, columns, beams, chajjas, pardis, drop pardis etc. upto the brick / concrete level & provide fiber mesh sand faced plaster in two coats having average thickness of 20 mm in line and level including making grooves, border, whichever required, first coat in proportion of 1:4-Cement, Sand along with mixing of fiber mesh carbonate are 12mm thk. fine fabricated polypropylene fibers at 150 Grams per bag of cement in FIRST coat of plaster. The SECOND coat plaster are 8 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:3 mixing with 6mm fiber mesh carbonate including providing drip mould along with mixing of waterproofing compound of approved make as per Manufacturers specification,water curing adequetly, M.S. GRANITE CLADDING Providing and fixing granite slab (18mm thick) on the existing walls /columns / after carefully removing the existing plaster / existing finishing and replastering with one coat of rough plaster 18mm thk average in C.M.1:4, fixing 12mm thick approved colored GRANITE slab with 93 SMT neat cement float and cement slurry 8mm to 10mm thk. with matching color for filling joints, cleaning, scaffolding, disposing of all unserviceable materials.complete the work as per detail drawing & instructions of the Architect / Engineer. B22 ANODISED ALUMINIUM OPENABLE WINDOW Providing and Fixing aluminum openable windows having frame made of 75 mm X 40 mm X 1.6 mm thk. aluminium tubular section. Shutters made of 50mm X 25mm X 1.5mm thk aluminium framework in two pieces including 5.5 mm thk. self designed textured glass fixed SMT with 10mm X 10mm sqaure bidding with rubber gasket, S.S.hinges, S.S.handle, S.S.stopper(150mm in Height), S.S.stay hook. Complete the work as per detail drawing & instructions of the Architect / Engineer. B23 SOLID CORE DOOR WITH DOOR FRAME Providing & Fixing solid core flush door with door frame made out of 100mm X 62 mm first quality teak wood frame work in required shape. The shutters made out of 32mm thick approved make Solid Core Marin Flush Door along with providing and fixing approved make / color 1.0mm thick laminate from both side & 6mm thick teak wood edge beading. The edge of the 12 SMT Doors / Shutters finish with enamel paint matching to laminate color / shade along with approved make / design hardware i.e. Door Closure, S.S. 8 B24 WATERPROOFING TO LIFT MACHINE ROOM TOP Providing and Laying 125mm to 100mm the brick bat coba in Cement Mortar (1:3) of the two parts of brick bat and one part of mortar laid in proper slope,curing the surface with water ponding test consolidating with water of 30 cms at junctions of wall finish with China Mosaic Chips on all exposed surface covering 10 Years guarantee on appropriate Court Fees Stamp Paper. complete the work as per specifications of M/s. Sunanda Chemicals / ROFF'S or Equivalent make Manufacturers. (Guarantee shall be executed as per the enclosed Performa) Providing & Applying CHINA mosaic chips over the waterproof surface in selected design, in cement mortar bedding including acid washing, carting away debris out of compound, cleaning etc. complete as per instructions of Architect/Eng. Add SUNPLEX Gms. Pouch of M/s. Sunanda Chemicals / ROFF'S or Equivalent Per 50 Kgs. bag of cement to the Cement Mortar bedding. As per the specification mentioned above, provide necessary aggregate (1:2:4) in proper slope at the junction of parapet wall & slab. Complete the work as per instructions of the Architect/Engineer SMT B25 M.S. FABRICATION Supplying, Fabricating, hoisting and Erecting in position at site welded or bolted structural steel work of various types such as ISMB - Beam, Columns, Angles channels, rafters, cleats, base plates, foundation bolts with chequered plates etc. being used to hoist and position the lift machine, rails, cage etc as per detail drawing including one coat of RED OXIDE before erection and two coats of approved anti corrosive paint, necessary Scaffolding, loading and unloading. Complete the work as per detail drawing and instructions of an Architect/Engineer KGS B26 STEEL REINFORCEMENT Providing & Fixing in position Tor Steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C work i.e. raft, walls / pardi, slab etc. as per detail design, drawing the rate is inclusive of cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires OR tack welding and supporting as required. FRAME WORK Providing and Repairing the damaged core portion of the existing RCC frame work i.e. columns, beams, lintels, slab, pardi, chajja etc. by superfluid micro concrete including removing the existing loose concrete & applying rusticide treatment, bonding coat as per Manufacturer Specification along with mixing, placing compacting, centering, curing, carting away debris out of compound, cleaning the site. complete the work as per site requirements & instructions of the Architect / Engineer. 500 KGS B29 EXTERNAL PAINTING (Apex Paint) Providing & Applying whether shield acrylic exterior paint to wall, chajjas, pardi concrete grills etc. after scrapping & sand papering thoroughly all the existing coats of SNOWCEM/SANTAX MAT paint fill up the holes, scratches, cracks etc. with white cement mixing with polymer Jelly clean all the surface with water and apply approved make and approved shade (existing color) weather shield acrylic based paint to the external surface with one base coat of cement paint and two or more coats of weather sheild paint so as to have uniform finish of acrylic paint along with antifungal treatment etc. complete as Per Manufacturer's Specification including providing necessary scaffolding. Applying one coat of primer of approved brand and manufacturer, to the entire surface, applying putty as required so as to fill up all the cracks, holes etc. and the undulation in the 950 SMT surfaces to make the surfaces completely and uniformly levelled and smoothened and applying two or more coats of superior quality OIL BOUND DISTEMPER PAINT of approved make and shade including scaffolding, cleaning the flooring fixtures furnitures, glasses. Brick masnory wall including 1:3:6 plain cement concrete for foundation below masnory wall. Providing & fixing half round G.S.W.pipes to be fixed with 1:2:4 cement concrete. The 6 Nos. rate is inclusive of cement plastering from both the sides. Providing & Fixing Heavy duty C.I. lid cover of 75 kg with lid and frame fixed in cement concrete.
