Additional surveys or plat information may be required to make other determinations. All existing and proposed primary conductor installations require developer provided utility easements either by the plat process or separate instrument easements. Civil, Landscape & Architectural construction plans (Arch. To show building face and elevations) Electric one line and Riser diagram Detailed breakdown of unit electric load Detailed building breakdown showing quantity and type of units per building and house meters Desired meter base type Requested service type: - Overhead - Underground Requested date for temporary service to site / / Requested date for permanent service to site / / Will gas service be utilized on this project?
