6 Construction Specifications House Design & Site Plan Provided by builder and attached to contract. Condo - will be square feet with attached two car garage. All work to conform to local building codes. Builder will provide all necessary permits. Builder will leave the house broom clean and windows washed, with all debris removed from the site. Survey Builder will provide all surveying, and staking for the proposed site. Site-Work Builder will provide all tree cutting, site clearing, and stump removal needed for condo, driveway, utilities, and construction access. All excavated stumps will be removed off site. Private septic system to be installed as per plan. Community well shared with six condos. Foundation & Concrete Footings 2,500 psi concrete poured in place: 8 inch x 16 inch. Concrete walls Eight inch thick and eight feet high. Waterproofing to grade Basement floors are 4 inches thick: 3,200 psi concrete, trowel finish, placed over 6 mil. poly vapor barrier on a bed of compacted sand.
