2 SECTION 2 : CEMENT CONCRETE Basic Rates for cement bag Rs 300 for concrete,plaster,floor,brick work etc all item. 2.1 Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete ( PCC ) in position, machine mixed concrete of specific grade by using nominal size wellgraded approved quality aggregate at all levels as per design having mix minimum cement content as per specification vibration / compaction, curing, scaffolding, testing etc. as directed by Engineer in charge, etc. complete. shall Exclude cost of formwork 2.1a M 7.5 ( 1:4:8 ) grade concrete (Minimum Cement content 170kg/cum) cum Providing and laying in position weigh batched and machine mixed design mixed cement concrete of specific grade in proportion by weight for Reinforced Cement Concrete as per drawing by using nominal size wellgraded approved quality aggregate in all structural elements, non structural elements at all levels and at all heights. 7 SECTION 8.00 : WATERPROOFING WORK 8.1 Providing water proofing treatment to terrace/ gutter at any level with brick bat coba in proportion 1:5 of average 150 mm thick as per standard using chemical as water proofing and finished top surface with I.P.S. 35mm thick laid to required gradient joint less with 300mm x 300mm false square including half round water proofed vata, pounding test to be performed as directed by the Engineer In Charge(work should be carried out through approved water proofing specialist company with free maintenance guarantee for 10 years, pounding test to be performed). Vata will not be paid separately. sqm Providing and laying specified dia rain water down take PVC pipe with bends & joints etc. complete 8.5a 100 mm dia & pressure of 6 kg/cm2 rmt 15 SECTION 9.00 : PAVING AND FLOOR FINISHING TOTAL FOR SECTION Providing & laying in line and level wet stone cladding on exterior/interior wall of selected stone of size up to 600mm width x up to 900 mm length and average thickness 25mm of approved make and shade as per design and drawing (with or without groove). The stone shall be fixed after applying adhesive like Bal diamond or equivalent over plastered surface and necessary mechanical clamps minimum 4 mm thick for fixing arrangements etc in dado line level, all complete as per drawing, specifications, instruction & directions of the Engineerincharge. Rate shall be inclusive of necessary cutting, joint filling with white cement and matching pigment or readymade cementatious grout of BAL or equivalent as approved by engineerincharge. All floors, all levels, all height, all shapes inside or outside with necessary scaffolding etc. The rate should be inclusive of protection of flooring until the handling of the project. 8 SECTION : IRON AND STEEL WORKS Basic Rates for structural steel per kg 50 Rs Providing, Fabrication & Erecting in position Structural steel sections confirming to IS:806:1968 and IS:1161:1979 or latest for the work of sheds, canopy, space frame, industrial buildings, Railing and Stair, insert plates & angle for RCC work including necessary RHS & SHS of TATA, rolled joists, channels, angles and angle cleats, gusset plates, position hips and jack lifters, purlins, etc. including cutting and welding the members as per detailed drawing and design. The rate shall include sand blasting of the steel sections, plates,2 coat of zinc chromate yellow oxide primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make over all the surfaces of the steel sections.( Only standard measurements will be paid for). Shop drawings for the connection details shall be prepared for the approval of the architect. Gusset plates, Corner plates, joining plates etc. will be profiled and the rate of the profile cutting shall be including in the rate quoted. at all levels and all heights, as directed by Engineer in charge, etc complete.
