Gutter termination should be flush with the outside surface of the bargeboard. ROOF OPTIONS: (NO CHANGES TO DESCRIPTION) 1) Complete tear off (to trusses) and new roof system installed 2) Paper and shingle tear off, roof replacement Unit listing: The unit listing has been attached to this addendum and work items have been revised.
