2 1. Stand 6. Transverse U-transom Stand is the main element of modular scaffolding. Made of 48.2x3.2 mm steel pipe. Every 0,5m on the whole stand length are installed steel plates for horizontal transom and brace connection. 4 smaller apertures are used for horizontal connection, other four are used to connect elements at any angle Transom is used to install planks on modular scaffolding Reinforced U-transom 2. Stand without pin coupler U-transom with additional reinforcement. Transom is used to install planks on modular scaffolding This stand is used for finishing platforms and hanging constructions. 3. Pin connector Double U-transom Transom is used to assemble wide platforms with planks on it Used to connect the stands from RSR-14 group Connected via the M12 bolts and nuts attached to the kit Vertical brace 4. Primary element Primary element has connection plate similar to stand with 8 apertures. Element is installed on base jack which lets to set one scaffolding level and put stand on it Brace ended with heads with wedges it lets to connect brace with stand plate. Brace stiffens scaffolding construction x x x x x x O-transom 10. Wooden curb Made of 48,3mm diameter steel pipe, ending with two heads with wedges. Transom is connected with stands by putting wedges into apertures. O-transom is used as handrail, it stiffens scaffolding construction Impregnated wooden curb ended with steel fittings. Curb is installed on the plank level and ensures safety on the working platform x x x x x x

3 11. Steel plank Steel plank is made of steel plate, hot-dip galvanized. Round perforation, ended with hooks for installation on u-profile of frame. Nominal load depending on length of plank is up to 5 kn/m x x x x x x x x x x Steel plank with crosspiece Steel plank is perforated, on the other side there is crosspieces for easier assembly and disassembly of scaffolding. 13. Steel plank with crosspieces with hooks for pipe Plank is ended with hooks, it lets to assemble planks on o-transom. Perforated, anti-slip surface x x x x Aluminum-plywood plank Frame of plank is made of aluminum, the surface is finished with anti-slip plywood. Aluminumplywood plank is an alternative for two steel planks Aluminum-plywood plank with hooks for pipe The supporting structure of a plank made of aluminum. Filling plank made of plywood with a non-slip surface. Aluminium-plywood plank replaces two steel planks Aluminum-plywood access plank with ladder This plank ensures access to upper levels of scaffolding. Plank has a hatch and aluminum ladder. 2.57x x Aluminum-plywood access plank with hooks for pipe It allows vertical communication inside the scaffolding. Equipped with an aluminum ladder. 18. 4 21. Simple base jack 26. Aluminum girder Base jack with fi 36mm rod. Base jack is used when height adjustment is not necessary. 22. Regulated base jack 0.6m Base jack on 150x150mm foot with threaded pipe and nut. Flattened thread ensures the nut will not be lost. The maximum regulated height is 40 cm for 60 cm base jack It is alternative for steel girder, this girder is easier to assemble and disassemble. 27. Girder connector Connector is used together with steel and aluminum girders. It allows to connect girders of different lengths 0.4 x x x x x x x x x x x x Crosshead with thread 28. Tranverse u-transom Easily regulated with nut and thread, it is used in cases, when scaffolding R+ is used as supporting towers for ceiling formwork. Head is compatible with most ceiling formwork beams Allows you to put planks at any height of frame Beam with u-profile Steel beam with u-profile gives possibility to assemble platforms by putting planks on it Anchor pipe with hook Anchor pipe with hook 1,3m is installed with two normal couplings. Shorter anchor pipes are installed with one normal coupling Steel girder 30. Anchor bolt with eye Girder is used to assemble platforms, to make hanging platforms or to make passage under scaffolding construction It is used to anchor the scaffolding to wall, bolt goes together with plastic rawplug

5 31. Securing pin 36. Internal stair handrail Pin is used to connect upper frame to lower one Handrail is installed together with handrail connector. Handrail is used to ensure security when moving on staircase Steel ladder Steel ladder with non-slip rungs Handrail connector It is used to connect internal staircase handrail Aluminium Ladder for passing platforms Aluminium ladder with bolt assembly included to the entire unit Initial u-transom for stairs This element is used for supporting stair on the lowermost level of staircase Aluminum stairs Stairs ensures fast and safe moving and material transportation between different floors of scaffolding Console with coupling Console is used to widen working platform. It is installed by connecting console head with R+ plate External stair handrail 40. Transverse brace Ensures safety while using staircase This brace is used to support wide consoles. Brace ended with two swivel couplers

6 41. Protective roof console 45. Normal coupling Console is used to secure pedestrians. Used together with console 0,73m Allows to connect pipes at angle Swivel coupling 42. Jib for block Allows to connect pipes at any angle For vertical transportation of scaffolding components of materials. Max. lifting capacity 150 kg Modular pallet Pallet is used for easy transportation and storage of scaffolding elements. 1.2 x x x x Net pallet Comes together with modular pallet, used for storing smaller scaffolding elements x
