However there are also increasing demands for even higher standards of fabric strength and appearance, luminosity, wearer comfort, long-term durability and all-round performance. Klopman's Luminex range of fabrics provides the highest standards of performance for high visibility clothing. The superior luminosity and brightness of the colours High Visibility Yellow, High Visibility Orange and the first ever fully-accredited High Visibility Red means that Luminex fabrics meet or even exceed all relevant European norms. Available in a choice of weights and blends, the mid and heavyweight polyester/cotton fabrics also offer the additional protection of, Klopman's exclusive high-performance water and oil repellent finish which helps to maintain a garment's life and smart appearance. Ideal for use in full garments, together with reflective tape and panels as appropriate to the requirement and regulations, Luminex fabrics are just as suitable for use in trimmings. In order to fully meet the stringent requirements of EN 47:2003, the range is complemented by Klopman s Super Colours, a unique collection of non-fluorescent colours specifically developed for use in combination with high visibility fabrics, and offered in a variety of fabrics providing designers with an exciting range of options. In addition to the standard range of High Visibility fabrics, Klopman offers fully accredited High Visibility Yellow versions of a number of multi-functional and dedicated flame retardant fabrics, for multi-risk areas.

6 a choice of finishes Hydrofoil Klopman s exclusive high performance water and oil repellent finish which helps to maintain a garment s life and smart appearance. Hydrofoil is offered as a standard finish on Luminex 270 and 30, and offers EN-accredited chemical splash protection on Indestructible High Visibility Yellow. Additional protection from a choice of innovative optional extra finishes available either separately or in combination, on several Luminex fabrics: DuraClean MosquitoStop DuraClean Klopman s latest fabric protector finish with soil repellent and soil removal properties, which helps to remove any residuals that could affect fabric performance. By reducing irreversible soiling, the finish contributes to enhanced garment appearance and long term high visibility, particularly on polyester rich fabrics, which increases the lifetime of the garment and helps to save cost. It is an ideal choice for PPE garments made of Klopman Luminex. MosquitoStop Another innovative finish offering additional protection for applications where a wide range of biting insects as well as ticks can cause dangerous distraction and discomfort as well as skin reactions and even serious illness. On Luminex garments it offers an additional element of safety and comfort to the wearer.
