3 Company Our Clients have found a cost-efficient production alternative and a reliable partner in times where there is a lack of skilled labour Our company, Weldmont Metalltechnik Kft., is a medium-sized, Hungarian metal work and welding company which was founded in 2010 in Esztergom (50km north of Budapest). Our production facility is located here at our headquarters in Hungary, where we carry out structural steelwork construction and sheet metal processing within the framework of supply contracts. Esztergom Our core business is specialised in German metal working. In this respect we provide the following skilled professionals to the German market within the framework of contracts for work and services and, as of very recently (7 October 2011), temporary provision of labour: Rastatt Welding professionals [WIG, MIG/MAG] Metal work professionals Vehicle body manufacture professionals Sheet metal brake press operators [AMADA, Trumpf] Industrial painters [paint sprayers, sandblasters] Helpers for various metal work sectors. 10,00 8,00 6,00 4,00 2,00 Turnover We operate an office in Rastatt (near Karlsruhe) for our business in Germany. Our young company was able to acquire an impressive clientele in the Southern Germany area, ranging from family-run companies to world renowned AGs [public limited companies] and to hold its ground there. We have been supplying over 30 companies for more then 7 years with our currently more than 250 international experienced and highly qualified professionals. In us these companies have found a cost-efficient production alternative and a reliable partner in times where there is a lack of skilled labour in mio 3,19 5,05 8,10 9,50 Memberships: 2014 was a key year for our company. We were able to extend our labour supply licence for a permanent licence and increase our turnover by 58% was also a very successful year for us in which we were able to add many new customers to our diversified customer portfolio again and increase our sales to now EUR 9,5 million. 4 The Factory Since 1 May 2012, the Weldmont Metalltechnik Kft. has resettled in Esztergom in a now a larger factory. The new head office is now in the Pöltenberg u. 17 where we are producing now with more than 25 employees. The products include any sheet metal processing, structural steelwork construction and machine construction. Due to high demand, we have had to expand our manufacturing plant by an area of 300m² since We use this space to store our raw materials and unfinished products. Our finished products are also packed for export in this new storage space. In 2013, we constantly expanded our range of machinery. In the first quarter of the year, we acquired a new AMADA folding machine which will now allow us to produce more serial products. This year, we have also invested in more stamping machines, jiggers and other smaller machines. We have already bought a Micron 1250 milling machine. With these investments, we can serve our customers in all sectors of the steel industry we were able to start producing on our new MAZAK Lasermachine. Furthermore our factory has received new certificates (( ISO 9001, ISO 38342, EN 1090 EXC1, EXC2, EXC3) with these and our new machines we are able to satisfy even more our clients needs.

6 Products Our production focuses on prototypes, low volume projects varying from standard (S ) or special grade materials ( ;1.4404; Alu, Copper, K01 etc) We also specialise in producing low-medium series ( pcs/year) simple or complex steel structures (< 50 kg/pcs). Design and production of stillages for storage/transport simple or complex machines, welded steel structures in low-medium series ( pcs/year) Manipulators, Accessories, Jigs for auto/aerospace industry; fully assembled/tested if needed Parts for energy industry with different surface treatments (galvanized, hot-dipped, etc) from stainless steel Machines of die-casted parts

7 Our Services Temporary Provision of Labour Since 1 May 2011, complete freedom of movement for employees has been effective for the following EU states: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. This means, that temporary work agencies from these countries also enjoy the freedom to provide services in Germany and can exercise their business activities there. Since 7 October 2011, our company, as one of the first from Hungary, has been approved to act as a Hungarian temporary work agency in Germany. The advantages of this for our customers are flexibility in the employment of our skilled professionals, an invoice which is not based on services rendered but on hours worked and the most cost-efficient conditions. Contract for Work and Services With this business model we assume labour contributions individually in accordance with your customer requests in your factory on a contract for works and services basis. This means that the Hungarian employees will be employed in your factory on a performance basis without a work permit in accordance with EU regulations. Our prices include all wage costs, social security contributions, accommodation allowance, documentation as well as the employees' travel costs. Supply contracts Our company also takes on supply contracts alongside the provision of labour. As part of this we are able to carry out structural steelwork construction and sheet metal processing in our headquarters in Hungary. In order to do this we require appropriate drafts and possibly a sample piece from you so that we are able to produce the parts requested by you.

8 Skilled Professionals Welders and metal workers With regards to our skilled professionals, we have gained the most experience with our welders (WIG or MIG/MAG) and metal workers. When choosing our skilled professionals we particularly look for lots of experience abroad so that the German quality standard is known to the skilled professionals. Our welders and metal workers can, depending on the customer requirement, read drafts, have current TÜV certified welder passports or know work-related German. Regardless of whether it's for thin sheet metal work, stainless steel, aluminium or large steel constructions, we are able to provide exceptionally satisfied references for each of these areas. Sheet metal brake press operators For some customers it is not only our welders who are employed but also our sheet metal brake press operators for AMADA or TRUMPF presses. You just need to let us know the exact type description of the sheet metal brake press and to what extent our skilled professional should also be able to programme the machine. Industrial painters and sandblasters As a result of continually recurring customer requests, we have expanded our selection of skilled professionals to include industrial painters and sandblasters
