Except as specified or otherwise indicated by this addendum, all work shall be in accordance with the basic requirements of the Contract Documents. BIDDER SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ADDENDUM IN THE SPACE PROVIDED ON THE BID FORM. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CONSTITUTE AN INFORMALITY IN THE BID. This addendum consists of 3 pages and the following attachments: Pre-Bid Conference Meeting Agenda and Sign-In Sheet, dated November 7, 2018 I. CHANGES TO BIDDING REQUIREMENTS Item No. Description 1. None at this time. II. GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS: Item No. Description 1. The Owner will pay for any applicable sewer or water tap fees and sewer impact fees. 2. Liquidated Damages: Refer to Bid Form for indication of applicable Liquidated Damages. Page 1

2 3. Phase 1 Silt Fence: Silt fence for Phase 1 was previously installed and maintained by the Phase 1 Contractor for the duration of their work. Upon award of the Phase 2 contract (this bid package), the Phase 2 Contractor shall assume all responsibility for installation and maintenance of all required sediment and erosion control measures as indicated on the Civil Plans. This includes maintenance of any existing elements which may be reused in its current location or the removal and disposal of elements no longer required to meet the requirements as indicated in the plans. II. CHANGES TO DIVISION ONE SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Section Summary: ADD paragraphs 1.3.C.3 d and e: d. NOTE: The Owner will require access to areas adjacent to the athletic fields and facilities throughout the course of construction. The General Contractor shall coordinate activities and site security fencing so as not to impact this access unless specifically coordinated with the Construction Manager and the District in advance. e. NOTE: The access road running between the stadium and adjacent Middle School and related facilities must be maintained open at all times except for necessary construction activities which are scheduled and coordinated in advance. The roadway, parking lot and entire jobsite are to be kept clean and free of any trash or debris at all times. 2. Section Allowances: Note the following clarifications to allowances indicated in paragraphs 1.2.B and 3.3: A. 1.2.B.2 and 3.3.2: The Irrigation Allowance of $60,000 is intended to cover the cost of the addition of an irrigation system at the stadium area, including water tap, meter, backflow preventer, controller and all system components. This system will feed the stadium area and heads/drips added at the parking lot for new tree islands. Also included in the allowance is work necessary to tie into existing systems on the grounds of the Middle School to feed new trees added at other areas of the campus per the landscape plan. New concrete curbing and cutting and patching existing asphalt or concrete to install curbing or sleeves for irrigation is NOT included in the allowance and is to be included in the Base Bid amount. A Sleeve Plan will be provided in Addendum Two to indicate the extent of new irrigation sleeves required at all existing areas. B. 1.2.B.3 and 3.3.3: The Signage Allowance of $6,000 is intended to cover the cost of room signage such as Item 9 on plan sheet A7. Directional Site Signage as shown on plan sheet CS1 is to be included in the Base Bid and is not part of the Signage Allowance. III. CHANGES TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS: SPECIFICATIONS Item No. Description 1. Addition: Refer to Section , 1.18.B.1 Split System Heat Pump Units. Add Lennox as an approved manufacturer. 3 2. Addition: Refer to Section , 1.18.B.2 Ductless Split Heat Pumps. Add LG as an approved manufacturer. 3. Addition: Refer to Section Thermal / Blown Foam Insulation. Add Accella Polyurethane Systems, trade name Bayseal CCX, closed cell foam insulation system as approved manufacturer. 4. Clarification: Refer to Section Security Windows / Teller and Service Windows, 2.3.A.1.2.a, provide Level 1 Bullet Resistant glass assembly. 5. Clarification: Refer to Section Security Windows / Teller and Service Windows, 2.4.A, the specified model number does not have a drawer. It comes with a built-in service tray. 6. Deletion: Refer to Section Air Curtains. Delete paragraph 3.6 Schedule. See drawings for air curtains sizing. 7. Deletion: Refer to Section Table of Contents. Delete reference to Section Protective Covers Metal Canopies and delete reference to Section Running Track Surfacing. Both of these items were deleted from the project. END OF Page 3
