2 SITUATION Trewince Farm is situated on the outskirts of the popular and sought after village of Stithians and only 1½ miles from the well regarded primary school and all local amenities. PA18/07475 dated 2 nd November There are an extensive range of modern livestock and general purpose buildings, all set around concrete surfaced yards. The main traditional stone barns comprise two attractive two storey stone built buildings which are attached perpendicular to each other forming an L shape with concrete surfaced cattle penning and handling yard to the front.

3 The larger Stone Barn (external dimensions approx. 59 x 16 6 ) has a corrugated sheeted clad roof, currently with loose houses on the ground floor and barn storage above. The second Stone Barn (external dimensions approx. 37 x 24 6 ) has a recently renewed fibre cement slate clad roof. With loose housing at ground floor level, the first floor of the second barn has been converted (albeit without planning permission) to provide temporary accommodation for family members.
