1 Corrugated modular panel of U.V. protected multiwall polycarbonate for windows and translucent roofing, continuous or installed with corrugated insulating panels The arcoplus 1000 system has been awarded: TEST 1200Joule ACCIDENTAL SHOCK RESISTANCE arcoplus 1000 is a modular system used in civil and industrial construction for: Gutter ridge skylights: as perfectly superimposable to all main types of corrugated insulating panels (min. slope 5%); Continuous translucent covers: of considerable size (min.slope 7%); Curved translucent covers: (radius and 6.000mm); Transparent vertical walls. Composed of double-wall coextruded (U.V. protected) polycarbonate panels with a variable thickness of 7-10mm, module width 1.000mm and profile height 80mm. U.V. side SPECIFICATIONS Covering/wall made with modular multi wall coextruded polycarbonate panels (protected U.V.) with a variable thickness of 7-10mm, module width 1.000mm, maximum length 5.000mm. Panels can be overlapped. Thermal transmission coefficient K= 3,4 W/m 2 K. LONGITUDINAL SUPERIMPOSITION The arcoplus 1000 system is perfectly superimposable to all main types of foamed panels for covering. TRANSVERSAL SURMOUNT arcoplus 1000 panels are perfectly suitable to be installed one upon the other, and allow ridge-eaves covers even of considerable size (Max. length 5.000mm). This feature always ensures a perfect hold of the translucent elements, reducing the negative effects of thermal dilatation. PANEL WELDING The arcoplus 1000 profile is supplied welded at the ends. 5 ACCESSORIES arcoplus 1000, is a complete system for the construction of transparent wall and coverings with a series of accessories for all purposes. In addition, the system comes with a complete group of fixing elements, a "tongue and groove connection, a plane connection for resistance in the overlapped areas, and steel accessories used as bracing brackets to increase load resistance, and a special profile to install in the reinforcement area, in correspondance of the groove side of the panel. A flat profile to put adjacent to the other profiles completes the set of accessories. Panels are normally delivered with thermowelded sides.
