12 6.4 Providing and fixing 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. the styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. the styles and rails shall bereinforced with MS tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1mm, painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealded. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. 19 9 WATER PROOFING 9.1 Providing and laying screed cement concrte 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over water proofing material, laid to slope 1:100 (min.25 mm to max.100mm thick) at all heights including, finishing, curing, tamping etc. all complete as per drawings and specifications. cum Providing and laying in situ two course water proofing treatment with acrylic polymer modified cementacious slurry coatings 2 coats with fibreglass cloth in between covered with protective screed concrete 1:2:4 in 1:100 slope as per manufacturers specification, drawings and approved by Engineer-in-charge. ( Item of screed cement concrete shall be paid for separately). sqm Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.
