2 Entire School District - $21,475,490 FLOODING The flood of 2016 strikes Baton Rouge and floods 26 campuses in a local parish. INSPECTION Guarantee inspects buildings and sites affected, followed by meeting with school board to develop a plan for restoration. WORKING 24/7 Team works 24/7 to complete demolition and drying. TEMPORARY REPAIRS Guarantee makes temporary repairs to insulation, drywall and doors as needed. 21 of 26 schools reopen ON SITE Water recedes and Guarantee Restoration arrives. WORK BEGINS Mobilized teams arrive on site to begin mitigation. CLEANING COMPLETE Team completes cleaning of 21 campuses with over 200 buildings. Begins temporary repairs so that schools can reopen. Remaining two schools reopen just four weeks later. Three schools not to reopen. On August 13th, 2016, torrential weather caused great flooding in the Greater Baton Rouge Area, affecting 26 campuses throughout a local parish school district. When the water receded two days later, on August th, Guarantee Restoration arrived on site. After arriving on site, Guarantee completed a thorough inspection of the damage. By August 16th, Guarantee met with the school board to discuss necessary actions needed to be taken. Guarantee received notice to begin work the next day. On August 17th, the teams were sent to the sites to begin around the clock work to complete demolition and drying. The sites were completely cleaned by September 5th, In the following days, Guarantee made temporary repairs to the insulation, drywall and doors in order for the schools to reopen. Although 21 of the 26 schools affected in the area were able to reopen, unfortunately, three schools closed their doors for good. Just four weeks later, the remaining two schools reopened on September 12th.

3 250,000 Square Foot Mall - $143,528 FIRE BREAKS OUT Fire breaks out at 250,000 sq. ft mall. Team receives a call around MAY 5 2 p.m. and arrives on-site within 20 minutes. Full team arrives within two hours of getting call and works for 24 hours straight. MAY 6 MALL REOPENS Team works from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. to accommodate mall hours. BACK IN BUSINESS Guarantee Restoration releases the facility back to the owners fully cleaned and deodorized. MAY 7 MAY MAY 10 EQUIPMENT Team finishes initial cleaning and deodorization around 7 p.m. and sets up air filtration devices to run so the mall can reopen. SAFETY Guarantee sets up approved equipment to be run during the day. On May 5th, 2017 at 6 a.m., a 250,000 square-foot mall experienced a fire affecting their HVAC system. Guarantee Restoration received a call about the loss at 2 p.m., and was able to arrive on site within 20 minutes. After assessing the damage, Guarantee Restoration had a full crew in place two hours after receiving the initial call. Guarantee set up appropriate equipment to meet cost expectations and to minimize safety hazards. The equipment used included High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration, hydroxyls, ionizers and axial fans. The crews worked from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. to accommodate the shopping center and the safety of others. On May 12th, 2017 the facility was released back to the owners fully cleaned and deodorized.

4 Apartment Complex - $1,318,853 FIRE BREAKS OUT Guarantee responds to a fire at an apartment complex with 20 units affected. By 2 p.m., Guarantee has full team on site to start mitigating units. RELEASES 12 UNITS Guarantee releases 12 units to allow tenants to move back in. OCT 3 OCT OCT 4 PRIORITIZING 12 units were indirectly affected from smoke and water damage. Team prioritizes to restore these units first for occupancy. REPAIRS 8 UNITS Repairs begin on the 8 units directly affected by the fire. NOV NOV 1 RECONSTRUCTION Agreement is reached on scope of work for the reconstruction with insurance. MAY 1 Guarantee releases the building back to owners with all 20 units restored. On October 3rd, 2014, an apartment complex experienced a fire affecting the roof. After receiving the call, Guarantee Restoration had a full team on site to start mitigation. 12 units were indirectly affected by smoke, while 8 units suffered water damage in the ceiling cavity. The team prioritized cleaning and restoring these 12 units to return them for occupancy. Our team worked to allow the families to return to their home by October 7th. On November 1st, an agreement was reached on the scope of work with the insurance company. All 20 units were back open within 6 months of the loss. The property owner was so impressed we refurbished additional unaffected units.

5 Special Needs School - $239,107 FIRE BREAKS OUT During a roof replacement, a special needs school experiences a roof fire. Guarantee receives the call around 7 p.m. Team responds and arrives on site within two hours. JUNE JUNE 28 SCOPE OF WORK Guarantee meets on site with an adjuster to agree on scope of work. Team starts demolition. MITIGATION BEGINS Team works to mitigate water and smoke damage and stayed past midnight setting up air filtration devices. JUNE 29 JUNE 30 DEODORIZING Team starts cleaning and deodorizing structure and contents. NEW CEILING Team finishes deodorizing building, cleaning and adding new ceiling tiles. Begins cleaning entire HVAC system Guarantee completes cleaning entire HVAC system. Building is returned to owners. On June 27th, 2017 a special needs school suffered a roof fire while having their roof replaced. The building experienced water and smoke damage from the ceiling cavity. Guarantee Restoration received a call around 7 p.m., and arrived on site within two hours to set up equipment. On June 28th, 2017 Guarantee met on site with the adjuster to agree on the scope of work. The full team worked on site until midnight to start demolition, set up air filtration devices and dehumidifers to control the environment. Guarantee cleaned and deodorized the structure and contents. On July 11th, the team finished deodorizing, cleaning and adding new ceiling tiles. The team began to start cleaning the school s HVAC system. On July 25th, Guarantee Restoration finished cleaning the HVAC system, and the building was returned to owners, in time for school to start August 1st.

6 Federal Government Housing Authority - $375,000 FLOODING Lafayette area experiences flooding, affecting 35 federal government housing units. WALK THROUGH Guarantee completes an official walk-through with the housing authority and other contractors. Guarantee submits a bid. BEGINS WORK Guarantee begins work and discovers the buildings have asbestos-containing materials. ASBESTOS ABATEMENT Guarantee begins asbestos abatement of the affected building materials BID PROCESS BEGINS Job is put out for bid. BID AWARDED Guarantee is awarded the bid. DRYING & CONTENTS Guarantee sets up drying equipment and removes items that do not contain asbestos. Job is complete and building is returned to its owners. During the flood of 2016, 35 units in a federal government housing complex were affected. On August 20th, Guarantee Restoration completed an official walk-through with government officials and other contractors. On September 6th, Guarantee submitted and was awarded the bid. On September th, Guarantee began work and discovered the building had asbestos-containing materials. On September 17th, Guarantee set up drying equipment and removed items not containing asbestos. On September 18th, Guarantee started the asbestos abatement. By September 21st, all 35 units were complete and released back to owners.

7 SEVERE FLOODING A University in North Louisiana experiences severe flooding. Five buildings affected from pump failure. State University - $1,291,820 FULL TEAM ARRIVES Full team and equipment arrive on site to begin mitigation. MARCH 8 MARCH MARCH 9 ON SITE Guarantee receives the call. Project Manager arrives within 4 hours to inspect the site and develop scope of work. DRYING BEGINS Drying process begins using air movers and dehumidifiers. MARCH MARCH 14 MITIGATION COMPLETED All five buildings are cleaned, deodorized and cleared of debris. Complications arise due to multiple layers of plaster and tile. MARCH 31 Drying process is complete. Building is returned to the university. On March 8th, 2016, a University in North Louisiana experienced severe flooding. On March 9th, Guarantee received a call about the loss and arrived on site within 4 hours. After inspecting the site and developing the scope of work, Guarantee assembled a team with equipment at the University to begin restoration. On March 14th, all 5 buildings had debris removed with rooms cleaned and deodorized. Although the restoration process was complicated due to several layers of tile and plaster, by March 14th, all five buildings were cleared of debris, cleaned and deodorized. By March 31st, the building was completely returned to operations.

8 MOLD Due to previous improper drying, a commercial property suffers extensive mold throughout the building. Guarantee receives the call. PHASE 1 Commercial Property - $354,228 During each phase, Guarantee sections off a number of offices to remediate the mold, clean the air ducts and complete post remediation testing.phase 1 complete. Begin phase 2. PHASE 3 Complete phase 3. Begin phases 4, 5 and 6. Phase 7 complete and building is released to full occupancy GOVERNMENT AGENCY As a government agency, offices needed to remain open. Job had to be complete in 7 sections. PHASE 2 Complete phase 2. Begin phase 3. PHASE 4, 5 & 6 Phases 4, 5 and 6 complete. Begin phase 7. A tornado hit a commercial property in April After the tornado, the structure was dried and roof was replaced by a separate company. Months after the initial repairs, mold growth was discovered throughout the building. On July 7th, Guarantee received the call to respond. A plan was developed to decontaminate the affected areas and maintain operations for the government agency leasing the office. This project was completed in 7 phases, without disturbing operations with crews working nights and weekends. In each phase, a section of 3-4 offices were quarantined with visquine to prevent contamination while the structure, contents and HVAC ducts were cleaned. After passing a post remediation mold test, the building was returned to the owner.

9 350,000 sq ft. Medical Facility - $1,908,660 FLOODING Due to pump failure, a medical facility in Downtown New Orleans had four feet of water in the basement. The building was left without power. Guarantee receives the call and arrives on site with the owner. WATER REMOVED By midnight, Guarantee removed the majority of the water from the affected areas. CLIMATE CONTROLS 90% of the building has climate control. Guarantee sets up dehumidifiers and air movers to prevent pockets of humid air. DEMOLITION Team begins demolition. Basement cleaning and drying is complete REMOVING WATER Guarantee begins to remove water from basement. TEMPORARY POWER Temporary power and HVAC controls were set up to bring building back online. Additional technician remained on site to monitor the water levels and avoid further water intrusion. CONTENTS Team works to remove contents and record inventory. CLEANING AND DRYING Team works on cleaning and drying structure. On August 5th, 2017 a medical facility in New Orleans experienced flood damage due to rain and pump failure. The facility had four feet of water in the basement and lost power. The same day, Guarantee arrived on site to begin pumping out the water. By midnight on August 7th, Guarantee removed the majority of the water from the basement. On August 8th, the team set up temporary power and HVAC controls to make the building operational. With the threat of further rain, our team remained overnight to monitor the water levels and avoid further damage. On August 9th, 90% of the building had climate control. The team set up dehumidifiers and air movers to minimize humidity and prevent mold growth. Over the next two weeks, an inventory of contents was taken. Additionally, the demolition process and cleaning/drying of the basement began. On September 5th, the structure was dried and the building returned to owners. Guarantee was requested to leave temporary HVAC and air controls in the building to ensure climate control.

10 Corporate Headquarter Office - $650,000 HVAC A commercial property wanted their entire 1 million sq. ft. building HVAC system cleaned and encapsulated. MAY MAY 6 PROPOSAL Guarantee provides a proposal. Company requests demonstration. DEMONSTRATION Facility manager sets up mock demonstration. MAY JUNE 1 JOB APPROVED Guarantee has full team and equipment on site to begin cleaning. HVAC COMPLETE Completed HVAC work. 31 Working nights and weekends, encapsulation was completed with no impact to operations. 1 DUCT WORK STARTS Encapsulation of internally lined duct work begins. The owners of a 1 million square foot building wanted the HVAC system cleaned and encapsulated. Our HVAC Project Manager provided a proposal of the time and cost for the work. A mock demonstration was requested for May th by the facility manager. Upon approval of the processs, Guarantee started the project on June 1st. On July 31st, Guarantee completed the HVAC cleaning, and by August 1st, the encapsulation of the internally lined duct work began. With crews working nights and weekends, the encapsulation was complete on August th, 2010 with no impact to operations.

11 SMOKE DAMAGE A university experiences smoke damage from a vending machine fire in the student union. Guarantee receives call and is on site in four hours. State University - $195,693 JAN JAN 28 ON-SITE Full team arrives on-site within 24 hours to start demolition and deodorization. Cleaning Sturcture The crew cleans structure and contents. JAN 30 FEB 5 After structure was cleaned and deodorized, the building returned to normal operations. On January 27th, 2017, a student union at a North Louisiana University experienced smoke damage due to vending machine malfunctions. The smoke damage carried throughout the building. The same day, Guarantee was called and the Project Manager arrived within four hours to assess the scope of work and develop a plan. Within 24 hours, a team began demolition and deodorization. On January 30th, the team began to clean the structure and contents. On February 5th, building was returned to normal operations.
