3 GFW Elementary School (Gibbon) Primary Needs 1. Tuck point masonry wall above roof. 2. Make changes to prevent storm water from entering building at library. 3. Add exterior egress lighting. 4. More electrical outlets in older part of school. 5. Upgrade PA system for full building coverage. 6. Upgrade clock system 7. Replace 6 older single-pane windows on NW side. 8. Improve HVAC controls to provide more even heat in areas of school- replace remaining pneumatic controls with DDC. 9. Upgrade lower level toilets to meet ADA requirements. 10. Add low-style mop sinks at custodial closets for scrubbers. 11. Add grease trap in kitchen. 12. Upgrade hot water system in kitchen. Water temperature varies too much. 13. Update kitchen equipment. 14. Asbestos abatement flooring and piping. 15. Add outdoor storage shed for playground equipment. 16. Convert steam to hot water. 17. Gym wall has water damage below grade level. Waterproof wall. 18. Replace old chalk boards with marker boards. 19. Windows leaking on east side. Check all windows for failed caulking. 20. Check for water leak in air handler intake in garage. 21. Add goal posts to football field for high school practice field and all youth sports Secondary Needs 1. School is at capacity and more space is needed. 2. Site size is limited. 3. Reconfigure playgrounds replace pea rock with wood chips. 4. Pave parking lot. 5. Group ECFE and motor skills room. 6. Remodel gym entrance to avoid having to enter from the main entrance. 3

Upgrade toilets to meet accessibility requirements. 11. Provide accessible restrooms with updated fixtures near auditorium. 12. Repair exhaust hood at science lab. 13. Remodel some science labs. 14. 7 GFW High School (Winthrop) Secondary Needs 1. Main entry is small and has no identity. Review other entry options. 2. Improve security with main entry and main office locations. (primary need?) 3. Make better utilization of lower level space. 4. Make better use of courtyard. 5. Provide more electrical outlets and USB outlets for charging devices. 6. Consider adding an IT lab. 7. Upgrade art room. Add water, 220 power, ventilation, mold mitigation, natural light. 8. Improve music storage. 9. Remodel media center for better utilization. 10. Provide more collaborative space for students. 11. Remodel fitness room. 12. Replace several sidewalks; cracked and raised edges. 13. Restore stone flower bed around flag pole. 14.
