The Addendum No. 1 is a part of the RFP Documents. General Article 1-1, ATTACHMENT C C.2 Matrix General Conditions and Construction Management Fee Allocation A. The matrix has been filled out to clarify for the proposers how items shall be allocated to the General Conditions and to the CM Fee. Article 1-2, ATTACHMENT D - Project Program Document A. See the attached new floor plans and site plan for the new Student Center and the new plans for the Renovation of Koch Arena. These plans were a part of the program verification with the WSU Athletic Teams and WSU Athletic Department that GLMV Architecture facilitated. Article 1-3, SIGN-IN SHEET A. A Pre-Proposal meeting was held at Rhatigan Student Center on February 8, A list of attendees is shown on the attached sign-in sheet. Article 1-4, Bid Bond A.
