7 About the Company Incorporated in the year 1998 in the name Real Engineering and Construction as a Proprietorship and registered under the company s Act as Quilon Real Engineering and Construction Pvt.Ltd. on 09 th January The Company was objective to engage fabrication, erection established with an in the business of and commissioning related works to meet the industrial Growth. The company was converted to Private Limited from proprietorship in Soon after the incorporation major challenge was to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certifications. We were among the few companies to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certifications in field of Construction. Name of our Company was changed to Quilon Real Industries Pvt. Ltd. on for diversification of business for Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Columns, Ducts, Hoppers, etc. as well as Fabrication of Structural Steel at our Workshop at GIDC, Dahej-2 & trading of various Industrial Products..

13 Achievements 6524 Fabrication & Erection of Structural Steel in MT At SAMSUNG OPal Project, with close coordination and planning, we were able to erect 130 MT & 66 MT of Structure Modules, 13 mtr x 13 mtr x mtr height, with the help of 440 MT Crane. Total Height of Structure was 56 mtr from Ground & 26 mtr from Building top. We were the first contractor to complete the Project with in the time frame. We had also erected One Rotary Dryer weighing 240 MT, Two Nos Reactors each weighing 165 MT & Extruder System of Equipment weighing total 313 MT We were awarded prestigious Contract Jobs for Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structure by SAMSUNG for their DFCU & H D P E Plant OPaL, DAHEJ. W e h a d proved our capacity to fabricate Structural l M t, in a single month, at Samsung Opal Project, which is the highest Erection of Equipment in MT Fabrication of Piping in In-Dia. (Lacs) At GFL Dahej, f or Project, lacs inch - Dia piping was fabricated and erected in a record time frame. The highest inch - dia was fabricated in one single month The average works out to be approximately 1750 inch - dia per day Being located in t h e fastest growing industrial hub, Dahej. Manpower resources a major area of concern as lots of industries of all constraint we were able to mobilize more than 725 manpower for a GFL- Dahej Expansion Project That indicates our commitments to complete the project as per schedule At a given time we are in a posit ion to mobilize more than 2000 manpower to fulfill the requirements Average Manpower per Day

14 MILE STONE ACHIEVED FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION AT SAMSUNG We were awarded Contract Job for Fabrication of Structural Steel by SAMSUNG / Taein Construction & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for their DFCU Plant being constructed for OPaL, Dahej having EIL as EPC. Total Scope of Fabrication of Structural Steel was 7283 MT. Our Scope involved i) Supply of Power, Consumables, Tools & Tackles, Hydra, Crane, Drinking Water, etc. ii) Shifting of structural material from steel yard to fabrication yard, from fabrication yard to painting shop and from painting shop to erection place. Fabrication involved 100% inspection of each member by SAMSUNG & EIL Quality Control Engineers which was tough however same was achieved successfully. We had achieved Structural Steel Fabrication of MT in month of April, 2010 which is a record. Our month wise Structural Steel Fabrication progress is given on next sheet. Job was started in Jan & completed satisfactorily in June, QUILON REAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PVT.
