1 DATA SHEET DESCRIPTION Thermal coating (reduces heat and cold flow), acoustic coating (reduces the aerial and impact noise), elastic coating (supports contractions and expansions), multiadherent coating (adhere all construction materials, including iron, galvanized and aluminum) and eco-friendly based on particles of vaporized natural cork and impermeable, crosslinkable, highly breathable and elastic emulsion (190%), supports rain water, sea water and saline mist. 4 PACKS AND EFICIENCY ReveCork is available in packs of 14 kg with aproximate efficiency according to the application. ReveCork : 8-10 m 2 per drum of 14 kg. APPLICATIONS ReveCork is a cork-based coating, both horizontal and vertical surfaces, with unprecedented properties, (Thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, anti-condensation, salt residue-resistant...). This happens by chemical composition of natural Cork. Cork is constituted by dead cells, whose interior is filled with a gas similar to air, which represent almost the 90% of the cork composition. That the reason for its light weight and its compression. The wall of these cells, which are like tight compartments, are mainly composed of suberin and cerine, which make it fire resistant, highly flexible and rot proof. Modern technology has not been able to equalize or exceed. 5 HOW TO USE Preparation of the surface * In new supports or painted supports in good condition, the walls must be cleaned or blasted to remove any dust, pollution or other abnormality. Only in case of concrete walls, these will have to be fixed with an acrylic fixative of fine particle, type FIXATIVE-100. If there are cracks or chipping type pathologies, these shall be covered with fiberized filler for outside, multi-adherent in case it is possible, type Reve-Elast fibre. Once sanitized the support, it will be proceed to the implementation of ReveCork, until reaching the required thickness for each pathology. * In defective or badly damaged supports, ithe support should be blasted with water under pressure (150 bar), once it is dry, it will proceed to its repair with structural mortars type REPARATEC R2 or REPARATEC R4 or a fiberized for outside multi-adherent type Reve- Elast fibre. Once sanitized the support, it will proceed to the application of a solvent-based fixative type FIXATIVE-250, followed to the implementation of ReveCork, until reaching the required thickness for each pathology. In both cases drying times are respected. GUARANTEES ReveCork is guaranteed for a maximum period of 10 years according to support and geographical location. ReveCork guarantee is always of the product. To request a product guarantee, it will be required a prescription for the work or in situ rehabilitation and have to be always accompanied by the applicator and property company. PREVENTIVE MEASURES ReveCork should not be stored for more than 1 year period, provided that it has been treated properly, avoiding direct exposures of sun, frost, humidity... The empty containers must be stored in clean and ready for it points. They must respect the medium-european environmental regulations.
