A synchronized grab action for optimum stability When gripping or releasing bales, they remain perfectly motionless due to the symmetrical opening of the grip arms. This promotes faster, safer handling and a more stable bale stack. Optimal stacking solutions relative to your storage method Whatever your desired stack height (i.e. 4, 5 or 6 bales high), or the configuration of your buildings, we can offer a bale handler that exactly meets yours needs. The precision offered by the MANUBAL range enables you to build stable stacks with no bale damage. Adjustable geometry to handle all bale types and sizes With its adjustable grip action no compromises have to be made with the Manubal V range, they are perfect for handling both round and square bales. The adjustable geometry offers : - a more acute closing angle for round bales (Ø 0.90 m to Ø1.80 m), - or a maximum opening for square bales, with tines fully retracted to minimize damage to the bale. Heavy duty structure Built to last, MANUBAL handlers have a strong tubular chassis with reinforced tine fixing points and bushed at all pivot points. See working demo video on Unique low tines More flexibility thanks to floating position - The tines are easier to withdraw if the Manubal is slightly tilted forward, this offers better stability, particularly when loading trailers or building high stacks. - When laying the bales down they are not dragged or damaged. - The tines float independently which is more efficient when collecting bales on uneven or slopping ground. - The tines can float across the ground, hence reducing damage and wear. 1 2 Adjustable tine width The width of the tines can easily be adjusted from 0.60 m to 1.10 m. Two parking positions 1- The tines can be automatically folded back by simply fully crowding back the MANUBAL, this offers a quick and safe transport position. 2- Without the need for any tools, the tines can quickly be removed and conveniently stored on the chassis of the MANUBAL.

5 P MANUBAL V40 the most compact and versatile With its compact chassis and large grip the MANUBAL V40 is the ideal attachment for handling and stacking round and square straw bales. With six grip tines it can easily handle one or two bales at once, and with its optional twin tine kit you have the added versatility to spike bales. 6 RANGE AGRicultuRE 5 PATENTED MANUBAL V50 For safe stacking of 5 bales With its extending mast the MANUBAL V50 is the ideal solution for stacking up to 5 bales high with a tractor loader unit. The elevation of the grip is made from the tractor seat with a patented ratchet system. Your storage is maximised without compromising safety. It can lift, rotate and drop the bale without constantly re-positioning the tractor. 11 P MANUBAL ADAPtS to YOuR BAlES! STANDARD Effi cient and secure The bale is gripped by a tubular frame specifi cally shaped to follow the contours of the bale. A large diameter ram ensures secure handling of heavy bales up to 1200 kgs. A non return valve (standard fitment) guarantees a continued strong grip whilst moving the bale. The MANUBAL has multi-position rear support bars that can be adjusted to perfectly support the bale, whatever the diameter. Versatile and easy-to-use The MANUBAL offers the widest opening grip on the market, enabling bales from diameter 0.90 m to 1.80 m to be handled with the same handler. Incorporating an integrated synchronising spring the machine self-aligns the bale to promote easier handling. The slim arm design enables the bales to be stacked close together. Although specifi cally designed for wrapped silage bales, the MANUBAL can also handle round hay and straw bales even the odd square bale! Strong build with smooth edges The MANUBAL has a heavy duty chassis to ensure durability and reliability, especially when used with a material handler. Built to last!
