Overview of Project for each Discipline: A. Architectural B. MEP A. Renovation to existing unoccupied office to accommodate Wealth Management branch currently at Park Ave location. B. Total renovation of finishes, ceiling height changes, reworking of some walls, new bathroom and Pantry areas, and the installation of system walls and furniture currently at Park Ave location. A. Electrical Complete new lighting package with occupancy sensors and new exit signage, new power and data as needed B. Mechanical All new HVAC system and fixtures as documented Alternate #1: New RTU C. Plumbing New hot water tank and plumbing to support new Pantry sink and restroom.

Bids submitted to: PDF ed to PDF Naming: Proposal_ PA _Meadville Wealth Management 3. Post-Bid schedule: A. Notification to bidders of award will be on June 26 th Special issues or working conditions: A. The Bidder shall visit the site to familiarize themselves with the project and examine local conditions and compare them with a complete set of construction documents. B. The Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as set forth in the supplementary conditions. The owner and architect will be listed as additionally insured. C. General contractors and sub-contractors have to be union, with typical exceptions. D. Contract Through master Service Agreement, Winning Bidder to receive a purchase order (DO) from PNC. E. Retainage will be held at 10% of the payment application amount. F. Under this single General Construction Contract, the Prime General Contractor is to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work, components and related work in accordance with the plans, specifications, addendums, and change orders. G. Construction Schedule - Schedule will be proposed by the contractor for approval by the owner to limit disruption of the building tenants operations. H. The Contractor shall secure and pay for the building permit and all other permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and which are legally required when bids are received or negotiations concluded. Note: Drawings will be submitted to CCI within a week.

4 Meadville Branch I. All public spaces are to be maintained at all times to the level expected when no construction is being performed in the building. J. Temporary Facilities: a. Storage Trailers Not Allowed h. Dumpster May not be allowed, coordinate with City of Meadville and parking Authority. Use Chestnut Street for location i. Smoking/Tobacco Policy No Tobacco use permitted on the Property L. All noise-creating work to be performed between the hours of 3am 9am. All work performed from 9am-5pm is not to produce disruptive noise. There may be some weekend work required to be performed. M. Addendum - All questions during bidding to be directed in writing via and to the attention of Christine Barber at barberc@bostwickdesign.com. All questions and clarifications will be issued in writing in addendums and transmitted to all Prospective General Construction Bidders via and FTP site. 5. Questions and observations from those attending: A. Preferred movers for furniture and system is PSI, contact Bill Art B. Move schedule is as follows: End of week prior to move in date: Thursday GC to remove and relocate/install Haworth wall systems; Friday all furniture to be moved; Saturday/Sunday office personnel to move in to new office space; Monday open for business at new location. C. GC to remove and discard of all furniture in construction area, unless otherwise noted on drawings. No furniture is to be donated or otherwise repurposed D. GC to enter and exit construction area through Chestnut Street door, key will be provided

5 Meadville Branch E. Work to begin after Holiday in July, 8-10 week construction expected F. Construction area contains no existing security system, however the adjacent branch space does. GC to notify Diebold Security when any seismic disturbance will take place. It is assumed this will be needed daily. G. All Pay Applications will be submitted to BDP, Christine Barber for review prior to PNC approval H. Carpet will be provided by Owner, GC to submit quantity and receiving location to Owner for ordering. Material will be shipped directly to selected finish contractor, not to the job site I. Lighting will be provided by Owner, GC to submit receiving location to Owner for ordering. Material will be shipped directly to selected electrical contractor, not to the job site J. RTU For bidding purposes please include all work associated with new RTU as an Alternate #1 6. Additional Walk-thru s Construction site A. Subcontractor tours of the existing facility can be scheduled through Rick (814)
