Providing and fixing to the 110 wall after preparing it well for stone cladding, 18 mm thick polished granite slab of approved shade, colour and quality as specified including jointing neatly finishing etc., complete all as per drawing. The rate including cost of slab cutting charges to required size with corner right angle using cement based adhesive of 'FOSROC' or 'Dr. Fixit' made for required thickness. The contractor should quote rate including cost of granite, cutting charges to the required size with corner right angle and are to be fixed in the pattern given by the bank's Engineer/Architect. (Basic cost of Granite Rs.100/= The above basic cost does not include tax, transportation, wastage, lead & lift etc. But should be Included to arrive at the tender rate. 2 Blue ACP Cladding near entrance. Providing and fixing Blue 75 Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding near entrance of Alucobond / Alstrong / Eurobond or approved equivalent make for external wall / column / canopy cladding in combination of solid / Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of specifications of ECCA / AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. the system shall be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufactures specification and shall withstand a wind pressure of 150 kg / sqm. all hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member.

2 3 Vitrified Tiles:- Removing the existing polished stones 4600 flooring, including stacking with all leads and lifts etc. complete and carting away and disposing them at municipal disposal ground as directed etc., complete. The Contractor has to ensure that the dismantling, stacking, carting and disposing the debris doesn't make any inconvenience to the bank or any other general public. Providing & laying flooring with double / Ultra charged Vitrified tiles of approved make, shade and colour of 600mm x 600mm size of minimum 10mm thickness laid at proper levels using cement mortar 1:5, filling the joints with joint filling compound of epoxy type (Laticrete or equivalent) of approved shade & colour including cost of jointing material and conveyance of all materials viz., vitrified tiles, white or coloured joint filling compound etc., to site, as directed, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. The rate should include covering the flooring with polytheen paper and pop and removing, cleaning the surface on completion of work. (basic cost of tile Rs.70/- Per Sft excluding tax, transportation, wastage, loading & unloading etc. should be assumed to arrive at the tender rate.) 4 Vitrified Tiles Skirting :- Same as above but for 100 mm high 300 skirting. 5 Providing MS grills to all the windows:- Providing & fixing in 310 position MS grill made of 12 mm square 100 mm c/c bothways fixed into the walls by providing 4 nos. of holdfast in concrete bed. The frame may made of MS flat 20X3 mm. Rate to include for cost of all materials, labout, transportation, two coats of approved enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive paint, complete. 6 Aluminum Sliding Windows: Providing, fabricating & fixing 310 powder coated (minimum 50 microns) Aluminium 2 - track sliding windows using approved window sections 2 mm thick with glazing clips, gutter section, track section, locking arrangement with lockable handles, rollers, rattlers, glazed with 5mm thick Glass of approved quality, brand manufacture, PVC beading other necessary fittings and accessories etc.,all complete as directed by the Bank / Architect-in-charge. 7 Aluminum Louvered glass Ventilators:- Providing & fixing 15 powder coated Al louvered glass ventilators as per the standard specifications. Cost of all materials, labour etc. complete. Rft.

3 8 Rolling Shutter at the entrance:- Providing and fixing Rolling 100 shutter of approved make out of 18 guage, 75 mm wide cold rolled steel laths of convex corrugations, with side guides and bottom rails, with interlocking arrangements for steel laths by means of alternate clips, suspension shaft with high tension coil type springs two numbers, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft, with bracket plates, guide channels, ball bearing arrangements for inside and outside locking complete including handles with all fittings and accessories, painted with two coats of enmal paint over a coat of anti-corrosive paint (without top cover) cost of materials, labour, of machinery compete all as per specifications at all levels. Rate to include for rolling grills for a small portion of the shutter as directed. 9 Plastic emulsion paint : Cleaning the surface of the wall & 1500 applying two coats of Altek putty followed by one coat of primer and applying a minimum of two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Asian or equivalent make of approved shade to give neat uniform finish. Rate to included cost of all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding etc. complete. Buy back of existing old items as given below: Sub-Total 1 MS glazed windows including grill:- Removing the existing MS glazed windows along with in-built grill and taking away outside the premises. The rate to include for all labour for removing, transportation etc. complete. 2 Wooden Main door:- Removing the eixsting wooden glazed 80 - door and taking away outside the premises. The rate to include for all labour for removing, transportation etc. complete. 3 Collapsible Grill Gate:- Removing the eixsting wooden glazed 80 - door and taking away outside the premises.
