3 Our Production Capacity We are now manufacturing four kinds of Insulation sandwich Panels 1. EPS (polystyrene) 2. PU (polyurethane) 3. XPS (Expanded plystyrene) 4. Rock wool(mineral Wool) These kinds of panels can be used as the wall and roof panels for buildings and houses. It's very convenient for installation. 11 Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel Key benefits Strength Rokcore panels are very strong and rigid and can span up to 12 meters. Durability Rokcore panel systems are weather proof up to an Ultimate Limit State (ULS) wind load of 2.5kPa. The core has been specially treated with a water repellent during manufacture and the joint system has been designed to ensure minimal moisture ingress in service. Fire resistance Rokcore panels can maintain fire resistance levels for up to 4 hours in a fire and are suitable for use in fire rated applications. Thermal efficiency The structural rock wool core is an excellent thermal insulator and Rokcore panels can easily meet the energy efficiency requirements of the BCA for both residential and non-residential applications. Bradcore s Rokcore panels offer very high levels of insulation (R-Values up to of R5.21 can be achieved) and can significantly reduce energy requirements for conditioning buildings. Characteristic 1) Low density/ high strengthen XPS insulated sandwich panel adopts the advanced oversea manufacturing technique, formed by extrusion molding. It has Superior compressive strength and Good insulation properties, also it is light weight. 23 Corrugated steel sheet We provide high quality steel sheet with thickness from 0.2mm to 0.8mm. Width can be from 860mm; 900mm; 1025mm; 1150mm; Length can be decided by customer. Color can be chosen by customer. Weight for the sheet is 4.5KG/m2 Corrugated sheets are roll formed by roll forming machines, the thickness and color can be different, these panels are featured with easy installation, high strength, more economic, (low lost ). They are widely used as the wall or roof of factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema, etc. Raw materials: galvanized steel, galvanized pre-painted sheet Packing: as per your requirements.
