2 Who we are A french Company established in Paris, created by Frantz DISSLER Frantz DISSLER- CEO Frantz began his career in the French airport concession control department (legal, finance). He then moved to a regional transportation administration. Three years later he managed the local unit of public roads where he was involved as a project contractor and a designer, works monitoring of roads investments (about 30 M per year). He concluded his first period of his career in the French Administration as a local administration manager, enlarging its knowledge to urban issues, and road network operation and maintenance, including tunnels and bridges (350 people staffing). EXPERIENCE 23 years, Transportation infrastructures fields EDUCATION Polytechnique School Engineer 1987 Bridge and Roads Engineer, and Civil Aviation Engineer 1990 Economics PhD from Toulouse University PRIVATE INFORMATION 48 years old, Married, 5 children Born in Morocco, lived in various countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tchad) In 2007, he joined the setec Group, and became rapidly CEO of setec International, subsidiary in charge of large infrastructures projects (traffic and economic studies, design, monitoring) and member of the Group board. Thanks to its medium size (staff 350), setec International management was strongly involved in the most important projects and studies. His large experience includes Africa, Middle East and Russia, where he created and managed setec subsidiaries Who we are By the end of 2015 he decided to create his own company. Currently he mainly acts as an expert as well as a stakeholder in consortium for Turn Key projects. 2
