HS includes HVAC control system, 3rd science room, and batting cages Project Budget o Current invoicing tracking spreadsheet maintained by TASB/SE updated for current April 2016 invoices received to date. Project Schedule o 3/9/15 Pre-construction conference completed. o 3/16/15 - Mobilization and Construction o Substantial Completion Dates - Move-In Summer-2016 (July per current plan) o Detailed schedule by Gallagher -. Elementary School is on Schedule with completion of 7/1/16; High School remains behind schedule but target date is 8/1/16. HS Contingency plan - parking lot on east side will be constructed first for staff and students then west parking lot for visitors. 4 Gallagher has submitted potential rain days each month; not formal request yet (only 6 days allowed per contract once take off normal weather days). (Current schedules submitted for ES and HS ES balance to be complete by June. HS shown to be completed by July/August) 7. Old Business 1.5 Off site waterline NTP issued 4/11; complete 7/ Tree Removed by accident (palm). Tree will be replaced likely scheduled for late spring 6.5 6/7 2:30 vault dedication at 6:30; 6/20 2:30; 7.5 City documented inspections inspector for City has signed off on drawings at HS and ES Existing cast stone to incorporate pieces; rest to be given away 11.1 Need patch on 5 th grade building brick (previous location for asbestos sampling).
