ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL ITEMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MAINE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND SEDIMENATION CONTROL. 8.
