Water Main and Roadway Improvements Roadway Reconstruction Work Order is for Professional Engineering Services in connection with the Towns efforts to upgrade the water utility and improve the drainage and roadway on Gabriel Drive and Chablis Court W. Project will replace approximately 3000 linear feet of existing asbestos cement water main with new 6-inch PVC water main, replace existing services with new services, replace existing fire hydrants, mill and resurface asphalt, remove and replace curb and gutter and driveways. Install groundwater control underdrain where determined by the geological soil report. a. Project Complete.

7 OPAA Sidewalk and Bleacher Slab Improvements New bleacher slab and sidewalk Work will consist of installing new 5 ft sidewalk and bleacher slabs to accommodate the new bleacher units with framed canvas covers. a. Purchase order issued to Sauer Concrete and Tractor, Inc. on October 15, b. Work began on November 4, c. Concrete sidewalk and bleacher slabs complete. d. Bleacher covers to be installed by April 2016.

Replace existing wall studs, wood siding (partial), barn doors and repaint. a. Project Complete.

8 Carriage House Improvements at Clarke Park Before After Work will consist the demolition of the existing footer and reconstruct new concrete footer.
