2 Design-oriented innovations for a homogeneous façade design CHANNELS AND GRATING Design integrity, down to the finest detail Modern architecture thrives on aesthetically integrating individual construction elements into a uniform appearance. Modern glass façades, in particular, benefit from TTC s Grating Design and allow you to harmoniously design the transition between interior and exterior areas. TTC drainage channels ensure reliable, invisible drainage and can be combined with a variety of individually modifiable comb gratings. TTC drainage channels can be combined in a variety of ways as façade channels with homogeneous grating covers, with illumi nation, with mats for entrance areas. 3 Custom-fit, precise, affordable WE UNDERSTAND ARCHITECTS Good design you can afford Good Design does not have to be expensive sometimes it is enough to use a different material to realize a good design idea at an affordable price. We develop object-specific, custom-fit solutions together with the architect and the client; precise production of channels and gratings made for a specific application guarantees trouble-free use in the daily construction work. Producing in axial dimensions and identical bar spacing of the gratings down to the channel edge comes as standard for us. Each channel shape can be produced in custom dimensions and in a curved design, with openings and bevel cuts. 5

6 Drainlight LEDs integrated into drainage channels FAÇADE CHANNELS PLUS LED Channels, gratings + light = Drainlight Drainlight is a combination of LED illumination, high-quality stainless steel drainage channels and linear/cross grids or glass covers; to achieve the desired effect high brightness LED-LightLines with lens technology in various radiation angles are integrated into façade channels and covered with TTC gratings to illuminate façades. 7 Slotted channels with LED-LightLines SLOTTED CHANNELS PLUS LED Accent lighting LED-LightLines can be used to emphasize interior and exterior features on façades and in entrance areas, on water basins or public squares. Lightlines can be used to delicately edge entrance mats and dirt trapping zones and to accentuate wall and floor gratings. When recessed in the floor, route markings can be discreetly created. The fully sealed recessed luminaire provides homogeneous illumination without visible LED points and full water integrity (IP68). TTC Chilled Beams ensure comfortable, silent ventilation in a wide variety of working environments. In consultation with architects and planners they can be individually fitted into the ceiling design. TTC Floorunits with a variety of functions such as heating, cooling, ventilation combine design with functionality and energy efficiency without disturbing the look of, for example, room height glass façades. Homogeneous grating systems create seamless transitions from the interior to the exterior on glass façades. TTC Floorunits provide heating, cooling and ventilation for interior areas and complement the TTC façade draining systems for exterior areas.
