5 THREE PATENTED INNOVATIONS INNOVATION #1: INVISIBLE PROFILE The patented Invisible Profile gives decking a superior visual impression by offering an almost sealed surface. The asymmetric (overlapping) joint visually hides the clip and base while allowing water and air to pass. The profile has also been designed to prevent loss of valuable objects as well as accumulation of dirt, leaves etc. under the decking. INNOVATION #2: LOCKING SYSTEM The advanced locking system is the future4 of decking, its patented design allowing for a secure, screw-free deck surface. This system is designed with a rock-solid aluminium structure with improved stability and loading capacity. With a simple topside installation, it offers superior grip which holds the board stronger than a screw but yet flexible for opening and closing for future accessibility. 6 ASSURANCE WITH OUR WARRANTY GUARANTEE 10 PRODUCT WARRANTY Our zsnap.deck collection is covered by the following warranties: 10-year product warranty Lifetime workmanship warranty Covers material defects in workmanship and materials. Guarantees products against splits, splinter, rot, decay, termites attack and fungal. LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY Only applies to improper installations. Warranties apply only to the first owner and the first installation of the product and are not transferrable. The person deemed to be the first owner is the person stated as the buyer on the purchase invoice. Valid warranty claims will be honoured by either the replacement of defective product or refund of the perceived value of the product at the point of claim. Product depreciation is at an average rate of 10% per annum. Kindly note that all depreciation value varies per product, at Floor Xpert discretion. Floor Xpert reserves the rights to amend without prior notice.
