2 QUOTATIONS INVITED FOR FURNISHING AND ELECTRICAL WORK OF ACCOUNT AND ESTATE SECTION Sealed competitive quotations are invited from reputed interior decorators/contractors having proven track record in the field, for undertaking the work of furnishing and full electrical work of account section and estate section at Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, Kolkata. The quotations should reach the Director, Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, IB 201, Sector III, Salt Lake, Kolkata on or before 12:00 hrs on , which will be opened on the same day at 3 PM. in the presence of bidders. Director EZCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever, design and layout, tender document, tender form and further details are available on EZCC website www//ezccindia.org.

3 FORM OF TENDER Date: To The Director Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre IB 201, Sector III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata Dear Sir, Having duly examined the tender documents, including the drawings, specifications, designs, schedule of quantities relating to the works specified in the underwritten memorandum and having visited the site of the said works and having acquired all the requisite information relating thereto as effecting this tender. I/We hereby offer to execute the works specified hereunder with in the time specified therein at the rates specified in the Schedule of quantities and in accordance, in all respects, with the specifications, designs, drawings, and instructions in writing referred to in the conditions of tender. The articles of Agreement, special conditions, the schedule of quantities and conditions of contract and with such materials as are specified, by and in all other respects in accordance with such conditions in the schedule of quantities and conditions of contract so for as applicable. A) Name of Work Furnishing/ Electrical works of EZCC B) Earnest Money Rs. 10,000/- C) Time Allowed 30 days from the 7 th day from the date of issue of work order. D) Defect Liability Period Twelve Months (12) E) Period of Final Measurement One month after the date of virtual completion. (Signature of the contractor duly addressed and stamped)

4 Terms and Conditions:- 1. Tender submitted in doubled sealed with the name of the work written on the envelope will be received up to 12 noon on along with earnest money of Rs.10,000/-( Rupees ten thousand only ) in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Easter Zonal Culture Centre and payable at Kolkata or in Cash.The tender will be opened at 3.00pm on the same day same venue. 2. EZCC will return the earnest money where applicable to every unsuccessful bidder after the allotment of work or 90 days from the date of opening of the tender. 3. The bidder shall submit the tender who satisfies each and every condition laid down in this notice, failing which, the tender may be rejected. 4. Work shall have to be completed within 30 days from the 7 th day from the date of issue of order. For unnecessary delay on the part of the contractor 500/- per day subject to maximum of 5% of awarded sum will be changed. EZCC may extend the time limit in deserving cases for which request shall have to be made in writing well in time with valid reasons. 5. Running payment shall be released after verification of all running bill and final bill by the account section and final checking of the work done by the committee. 6. All frame work drawings for fixing and other working drawing and details shall be supplied by the EZCC before starting the job and any clarification can be had from the officer in-charge. 7. The successful tenderer should make own arrangement to obtain all materials required at site including all perishable materials.

To construct false ceiling for the entire floor (approx). area (account Section apprx. 690 sqft. and Estate Section 290 sqft. using ideal ceiling material such as Gypsum/elephant board (12 mm thick) in plain or in steps specification including 2 or more coats of plastic emulsion paint Four Numbers Cabin:- Providing and fixing wooden frame MFD Board and Glass partition Four number cabin with single leaf door, (Lower part 4 floor level MFD Board and upper part 3 glass) complete with handle and Locking arrangement (both side), with door closer complete with all required materials fitting fixing, paint/varnish and accessories. i) Sal wooden frame size 2 x 1 1 / 2 (height 10 ) ii) Sal wooden four number Door frame size 4 x 2 1 / 2 (7 x 3 ) iii) MFD Board 8 mm iv) 5.5 mm H.P.G. Glass v) All glasses and MFD Board shall be set in C.P. teak wood beading. Wooden Partitions:- Providing and fixing wooden partitions 4 or 4, 6 (Account Section) and 7, 6 or 8 Estate Section high made of 2 x 2 Sal frame vertically and horizontally. The Sal wood frame should be fixed at floor level the frame work to be cladded with 8 mm thick (I.S.I Marked) MFD Board approved shade and colour. All exposed teak wood beadings shall be stained to approve colour and finish with melamine polish or enamel painted. Floor Furnishing:- 1000sqft (approx) 400sqft (approx) 980sqft

6 Providing and fixing 2 mm PVC malting furnish the entire floor area at Account section and Estate Section. Color as per EZCC officer instruction. Basic Rate is Rs per sqft. Wooden Box To cover water pipe :- Supplying and fixing wooden box as per instruction EZCC officer, to cover water pipe consisting of 19 mm thick (I.S.I. marked) water proof commercial board laminated with 1 mm thick laminate Account Section. Repair work of water pipe and Shifting of Window AC:- Providing and fixing 1 / 2 " valve 2 nos and ½ upvc pipe15. Welding of fire pipe 5 fitting fixing and paint all completed. Wash Basin and Mirror:- Providing and fixing wash Basin 24 x18 and Mirror (3 x 2 ).Supply of c.p. pillar cock, c.p. waste coupling,2 waste pipe 30 amd supply line 1/2 upvs pipe35.
