CLOSING DATE: 12:00 P.M. NOON (LOCAL TIME), June 14, 2016 Please refer to the above Tender Call document in your possession and be advised of the following: I. Revised Pricing Forms 1. Replace the Pricing Form on pages of the Tender document with the enclosed Revised Pricing Form dated June 10, 2016, enclosed with this Addendum. II. Questions and Answers Q1. Please provide as built drawing to obtain detail of existing concrete paver bases and steel bracing. A1. Available original drawing is attached. Also refer to attached photographs. Q2. What is the slope gradient of the pool embankment? A2. Refer to attached original drawing and verify on site. Q3. Under which pricing items reinstallation of geotextile fabric, geocell, fabric liner, ballast will be paid? A3. For ballast, include reinstatement costs in 2.3. For remainder, include reinstatement costs in 2.5. Q4. Please refer to Section 3-Pricing Form, Item 4.4 and advise what modification is required to connect new sprinkler system to existing water supply line? Is there adequate pressure at the existing water supply line? 1 of 8

2 A4. Review on site and confirm location of existing hose bib at main building. Assume pressure adequate at this location and provide cast, valved, dual outlet connection. Supply flexible connection to trenched piping serving sprinklers from this location. This will be base scope. Contractor responsible for pressure testing connection and any additional requirements to meet project requirements will be additional scope. Q5. Please refer to Section 3-Pricing Form, Item 4.5, and confirm that the exiting water supply system can used to fill the pool. Also confirm that new chemical required for the pool will be supplied by City Of Toronto. If we need to supply new chemical, we need quantity & type. Also, what type of report on water condition is required? A5. Per Section , Owner to pay for water consumed as part of scope. Connections required to get water to pool are Contractor responsibility. Chemical treatment of water is part of Contractor scope. Q7. Who is the manufacturer of rubber mats? A7. We have not specified a manufacturer. Contractor responsible for meeting requirements outlined in Drawings and Specifications. Q8. Who is the manufacturer of PVC pool liner? A8. Description 1.0-General Requirements (Division 01): Cleaning of the work area, hard and soft landscaping, fencing, fixtures, piping, etc., and the disposal of all waste products and/or debris generated by the construction activity, as well as any 1.1 material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the work. The areas requiring cleaning shall consist of all areas of the site affected by the work. All in accordance with the specifications, drawings and requirements of the contract documents. Description Unit of Measure 2.0-Selective Demolition (Division 02 and Drawings): Drain water rescue simulator pool to 2.1 facilitate the work, and maintain a drained state of the pool throughout the course of the work Removal and disposal of the existing aerator units from within the water rescue simulator. Existing wiring is to remain intact for re-use, unless connection of new aerators requires electrical upgrade per Shop Drawings. Concrete paver bases and steel bracings are to be stockpiled for re-use. Wholesale removal, stockpiling, and cleaning of the existing clear stone ballast from within the water rescue simulator. Removal and disposal of the existing geocell support tendons, clips, and associated fastener system. Wholesale removal and stockpiling of the existing fabric liner, geocells, and geotextile fabric to expose the PVC pool liner within the water rescue simulator. The geocells and geotextile fabric are not to be cut from the existing supports or damaged. Compress and fold out of the water rescue simulator to facilitate the review of the PVC liner. Unit Extended 3.0-Slope Protection System and PVC Geomembrane (Division 31 - Earthworks and Drawings): Localized removal and replacement of deteriorated geocell sheets, as directed by the Consultant. New geocell sheets are to be approximately 9 feet wide by 15 feet Per long, with cell depth of 4 inches. Size Sheet $ of geocell to match existing. Contractor to verify size on site. Contractor to provide shop drawings for installation of new geocell sheets. 3.2 Supply and install new geocell support tendons as outlined in the Specifications and required by the manufacturer. Supply and install new floating dock, as indicated on the Drawings. to include all coordination, hardware, bracing equipment, connection to ramp, etc., and fabrication and installation of ramp to connect perimeter sidewalk to the new floating dock, as indicated on the Drawings. Fill pool with water to operating water levels and commisson water rescue simulator pool chemical feeder system, equipement and accessories to make the chemical feed system fully operational and functional. Provide report on water condition.
