It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contracts for the Routine Maintenance, Spot Improvement, Periodic Maintenance, Bridge Preventive, Bridge Major Repair, Rehabilitation, Construction Upgrading Works. 3.
