1 Project Status Report Date: Friday 3 June 2016 The Project Construction of a two level 116 bed hospital. Current Status Works carried out this week: Tie reo bar to stair and lift shaft walls Close off form work to stair and lift shaft walls Pour stair and lift shaft walls up to level one Lay fire and potable water services Lay main sewer drain Lay stormwater drains Formwork construction to buildings one and two, second floor suspended slabs Scaffold erection around building one and building two Place and tie reo bar to building one, second floor Pour level two suspended concrete slab to theatre ward area of building one On site subcontractors: C & V Concreters averaging 10 men a day on site carrying out the following work: 1. Stair and wall construction to level one. Project Plumbing averaging 24 men a day carrying out works to: 1. main sewer drains; 2. fire and potable water services lines; and 3. stormwater drains. NT Scaffold erecting scaffold to buildings one and two NT Proform P/L averaging 32 men a day on site. Carrying out formwork construction of buildings one and two, second floor suspended slabs.

2 OHS Incidents: Nil. Environmental Control: Daily inspections of the temporary sediment basins are carried out. This is to ensure all building site silt is being caught in the basins and not escaping into Mitchell Creek. Build-up of silt to sediment basins is removed regularly to ensure temporary basins are operating affectively. Main access road to site has been spray sealed to ensure sufficient dust control measures are in place; site watering to control dust issues. Works for the forthcoming week: Lay main sewer drains. Lay stormwater drains. Lay potable and fire service water mains. Continue formwork erection for buildings one and two, second floor suspended slabs. Scaffold erection to building two. Future Trade Packages pending award: Electrical services. Mechanical services. Hydraulic services. Block work. Lift services.
