21 The BIM Process sections of this complex geometry have been set out by surveyors in 3D with information generated directly from the BIM model in doing so, the correctness and precision of construction has been improved. We saw accelerated coordination of disciplines and trades. Many of the most complex areas of Bligh Street such as basements, plant rooms and the roof structure, simply could not have been designed or constructed without the use of BIM. Bruce Jones, Grocon
